Enchanted Resort is an amazing place to stay! We felt very secure and there was always staff around to help us and answer any questions we had. The Trail House was super good about planning our hikes and the spa was amazing! I wish we would have had more time to do the classes at the spa but we didn't. The food at all of the restaurants were way better than any restaurant in town! This place is first class and we will definitely return again!

Lovely grounds and accommodations. Beautiful scenery. The spa services are amazing. Each individual provided great service but I think the hotel should increase their staffing because I don’t think they were staffed enough to manage the volume of people at the resort during the busy times.

We did not stay at the resort but had lunch at the restaurant. This is a very upscale resort so lunch was not inexpensive, but the food was great and the red rock views made the experience very worthwhile. The resort is gated and you need to have a reservation at the restaurant or be a resort guest to enter the property. Definitely worth a visit.

The 5 stars are for the location. It’s breathtaking. I could not stop taking pictures. The property is located in a canyon and the red rocks surrounded the hotel facilities on all sides. We loved the Boynton Canyon trail hike from the property. |You never need to leave the property. There are enough free activities and plenty of additional cost activities as well, to keep anyone happy and busy. |We had a casita studio which we loved. It was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom, plenty of closet and drawer space, a gas fireplace and comfortable deck. There was an outfitted kitchenette that we did not use except the nespresso coffee maker and water filter pitcher. |We saw plenty of deer and a herd of javelina roaming the property at night. |The spa was very nice although I think that only allowing use of the facilities an hour before and after treatments is a bit stingy. I’d have liked to use them a bit longer and also after a paid fitness class. |The biggest problem was the restaurants. The good one was very expensive and hard to get a reservation. Our one dinner there was lovely with great service and a terrific guitarist. The more casual one had such bad reviews on open table that we were scared to try it. We went off campus for dinner twice. There are plenty of good options in Sedona, they’re just 15-25 minutes away and it’s very very dark roads at night. I’d have preferred to eat at the hotel. |We liked the market place, but wished it were open longer hours.

Staff was incredible & welcoming. Location & setting were second to none. Rooms were very dated, grounds weren't kept up to standard for this price range. Adult pool and deck were dirty and maintenance appeared to be overlooked. Turndown service knocked on our door at 8:45PM & 9:05PM the two nights we were there-- we felt like this was too late for them to be coming to the room. If you're in room 247, expect bright golf cart lights to shine in your room between 1-4AM for extended periods of time (and the blackout blinds only help moderately).

Our family vacation to Sedona was absolutely incredible, and our stay at Enchantment Resort exceeded all of our expectations. From the warm hospitality to the seamless room service, everything was top-notch. We especially appreciated the golf carts that conveniently shuttled us around the property—it made exploring the beautiful resort effortless.

What truly set Enchantment Resort apart was their exceptional attention to my son’s needs, as he has a severe allergy to dogs. Given our past experiences with other hotels, I was anxious. However, when we reached out to the resort ahead of time to ensure our room would be pet-free, they went above and beyond. Upon arrival, our room not only met the pet-free request but also had an air purifier waiting for us. Their attention to detail blew me away!

I can’t rave enough about this place—from the breathtaking pool with stunning views to the unforgettable star-gazing nights, it was pure magic.

A special thank you to Chet, who coached my son in tennis. Chet made the lessons fun and engaging, teaching him new skills in a short time. Even though we discovered the tennis program the day before we checked out, Chet kindly squeezed us in for a session. If we had known earlier, we definitely would have signed up for more! The guided hike was another highlight, and my kids are already asking when we can return.

Location: Great
Rooms: Our room and one of my family member's room had bed bugs. We were there for a wedding and half of my family suffered bites and swollen bodies. My mother contacted enchantment resort and haven't heard back regarding a reimbursement or any compensation. Disappointing.
Service: The customer service from the staff at the resort was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. However the management team/owner has not responded to our horrible incident in their rooms.

Honest review. Hope this helps.

The location is amazing! I was hesitant to book based on some of the bad reviews but I found them to be completely inaccurate. The rooms were very clean and serviced multiple times a day. The service was excellent! It was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at.
