We had an amazing ride with Joe at Marvel Ballooning. It was a perfect night. Joe and his crew were very friendly and professional (and efficient). Once you see how the balloon goes together, you'll never look at one again the same way. Joe is a professional airline pilot, so safety is #1. The ride itself was like nothing I've ever experienced. Quiet, peaceful and just sublime. I don't like heights but I LOVED this! The landing could not have been better. The Ballooner's Prayer and treat at the end was a wonderful touch and reminder that we really did something extraordinary. Thanks Marvel Ballooning for the ride of a lifetime!

I booked a flight with Marvel Ballooning and it got cancelled for weather. In lieu of rebooking, I was offered a $250 gift card, despite my deposit being $298. When I tried contacting for a full refund instead of a gift card worth less than what I paid, I received no response at all. I recommend flying with Balloons over Bloomington instead. Not only did they accommodate on super short notice, the ride was cheaper and they even called in a pilot because they had been fully booked already. It’s a little further out from Indy but well worth it.
