Carol did a great job. She kept us in the loop and really had great plans for everything. My only suggestion for her (and mostly our teachers) is that the kids need to be handed bottles of water every time we start walking. They won’t pay $4.00 to buy water themselves. Drinking fountains are few and far between. Many kids were getting dehydrated by the last day and really ran out of steam.

Our driver, Bill, was excellent. He was not only professional but also kind and attentive to everyone on our bus. I felt very safe and comfortable during our very long drive through the mountains. He was knowledgeable about the areas we traveled as well. The patience he demonstrated throughout the four days we traveled with him (on a bus full of rowdy middle schoolers) is exceptionally noteworthy, never once did it waiver. He always welcomed us back from each stop with a smile and genuine joy. People like him make the world a truly pleasant place. Thank you, Bill for an amazing trip!!

My daughter traveled with her 8th-grade class to Washington DC and she loved the experience. I really appreciated the Student Adventures app. I was able to follow and know which activity they were doing by following the Itinerary. I also loved the fact that Student Adventures provided nighttime security. I would give them a 10/10 and would definitely allow my child to travel with them again. Thanks for everything Student Adventures!!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time with our tour guide Kim! She was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and quick to help with any hiccups we experienced along the way. I was very impressed with how organized and smooth sailing our DC trip was with 300+ kids and adults!

We had a great group of students and staff. The trip itself was exhausting. I wish the first day is left for just travel and checking into the hotel. Being on a bus for 8-10 hours then arriving to do 3-5 tours is a very long day. Maybe add another day onto the trip to account for the tours that are done on the first day. Lots of walking and little time at the museums/sites to really take everything in. You are rushed from one place to another. I plan to return with my son on our own so we can do things at a much slower pace. The trip has potential to be really great. I just believe they are cramming too much into one day. Kids and even adults got burned out and were over it by the 2nd-3rd site. Maybe add an extra day to the trip so sites and museums can be spaced out.
