We just purchased a 2011 Phoenix Cruiser RV from Hometown RV. Tony and his son were both a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. They are both very down to earth and have a no pressure sales approach. They specialize in used motorhomes and went out of their way to point out any existing issues with the RVs we asked them to show us. We decided on the Phoenix Cruiser and discussed a few small items which Tony indicated they would take care of prior to delivery. When we arrived for delivery everything we discussed had been resolved. He took all the time necessary to go over all the systems, answer all of our questions, run all the systems, and take us for a test drive. He was very patient throughout the process and put us at ease during the test drive. He also helped us in the selection of accessories we would need to make our future experience more enjoyable and help to preserve the like new condition of our RV. We are first time RV owners, and had no idea where to start. We found Hometown RV in a Google search and looked through their inventory. We found one that was in our budget and it had such amazing pictures that were extremely true to life, which was refreshing. We were able to schedule a viewing the next day of the RV that we were thinking about. We met Tony, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent. He answered every question that I had. Within a week we had scheduled a second and final viewing and only a few days later were the owners of our RV. They did an in-house systems check, made sure everything was safe and ready for our family, and then we were able to sign all the paperwork where they did everything from the title to the license plate. After a walk-through an orientation, our family is ready to start new adventures thanks to the warm and knowledgeable staff at Hometown RV. Bunch of hacks. Do these washers look like aluminum plate to you?

I took my ATC toy hauler to these guys and told them I wanted the airline track bolted in with aluminum backing plates underneath and the floor mount for one Condor chock mounted the same way. I generally haul about $85,000 worth of motorcycles in this thing. I told them specifically that price was not an issue. I also told them I wanted a camera mounted inside.

For the camera they told me it'd be pretty easy for me to do myself (so, they just didn't do it) and this is what they did for the airline track.

I noticed the airline track was done this way right away and mentioned it to then and their response was "yeah." There was no way in $#@@ I'd have assumed they'd mount the chock mount the same way and (my fault), I didn't even look. Sure enough, I'm several hundred miles from home and my chock mount that's currently holding my $35,000 bike is loose. To make it worse, they used the wrong hardware, so it's all seized together.

This could have, and may, cause me a lot of money in bike/trailer damage and repairs to the trailer and the downtime associated with it.
