Don’t make plans for the rest of your day if you choose to make an appointment here, sat in the room for an hour and a half without seeing anybody had to go out of the room and remind them that I was there. When Bishop finally did come in, 2hrs past my appointment time, he had no idea what I was there for and didn’t do anything to help with the problem I’ve been having. He was very uncaring and unconcerned about any of my questions and concerns and just blew me off so he could get me out. Even had to audacity to tell me that I was being dramatic and could not be in the amount of pain I’m in from having multiple ovarian cysts consistently most of which end up rupturing and that he didn’t see a need for anything to be done even though nothing helps to control or prevent them and I’ve been dealing with this for 3yrs now. I was there for a consultation to get my ovaries removed and he stated that I don’t know what I’m asking for because I don’t have the knowledge that he does and he couldn’t do anything for me. He was more concerned about trying to find out if I was related to somebody he knew from college than actually doing a consultation and to help me.

Dr. Bishop is great. I hear from a family member of his that this place treats him like crap. He's the best obgyn in this area. He's delivered my 2 kids, my sons son and my nephew. My sister was a high risk pregnancy due to cancer. She was in remission 1 yr and got pregnant. No Dr but Dr. Bishop would treat her. He's definitely an intelligent man and a Godly man.

Dr. Bishop and Jessica Grisham are amazing. I am a high risk IVF patient, they always answer my questions and concerns while never making me feel bad for asking. They go above and beyond for my baby and I. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

When I called to originally schedule an appointment I told them it was because I'd recently had a hemorrhagic follicle and irregular periods, I assumed when I went in that they would be helping me with the issues I asked for help for. The nurse was great, but the doctor I got was not. She basically went right to birth control, saying it would fix my symptoms, and acted baffled when I said I actually wanted to know what's causing the symptoms. I'd already been on birth control before and I told her multiple times I am not interested, so since she couldn't convince me to take birth control she told me she couldn't help me and to schedule with someone else. I thought I'd at least get an exam, which i didnt get, though they did take some blood. I left overall unsatisfied and with no answers. It was a waste of gas. I only hope the next OB I go to actually possesses some medical curiosity and insight into my issues. The nurse spent more time with me and asked more questions than the actual doctor! Maybe she should be the doctor instead.

My appt. time got changed without anybody telling me. While I set in a room for a room for a hour nobody checked on me. When I called customer service and complained and they called them the docter final noticed I was in the room he said that they had me as checked out even though I haven't seen nobody since they put me in a room to see a docter. There was a person before me said she waited a hour past her apt. time and nobody came to see her either but she just left.

Doctor Bishop seems very clueless, like he has the knowledge to do his job, but like he's not sure why he's here. He never looks at the chart for us and didn't even know why we were here the last time. Our appointment was at 230, and we got seen at 340. The whole process took less than 5 minutes and I had to remind him why we were here and that a pap smear had been done. Very unprofessional and unorganized doctor.

i always have a great experience during my actual appointments, however it’s impossible to get ahold of any location to even make one or to check on one. i know i have an appointment coming up soon that i had to schedule awhile out. Every time i call i am placed on hold for over 10 minutes and every time it also disconnects me ! I wish we could call our location directly instead of a call center.
