I had a bridal shower at Francesca's 95th Street. Everything was perfect. The room looked beautiful, the staff is outstanding. Terrance was the best and attended to every detail and change I asked for. Aysa was so helpful in the planning, answered all my questions and made great suggestions. Everyone, the waiters, the bus boys,, the greeters at the front taking to coats. The food was delicious as always and severed beautifully. I loved the light in the front area, it was perfectly set up. Mike thank you again for all your assistance. Would highly recommend.

Francesca’s on 95 is a fantastic spot for Italian fine dining near Chicago. The food is incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special—they even made chicken parmigiana for us, though it wasn’t on the menu. The half chicken dish was perfectly cooked the sauce was so good. Now the focaccia with honey and goat cheese was a total game changer.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for a date night or special occasion. With delicious food and exceptional service, Francesca’s is a place we’ll definitely return to.

I started with the minestrone soup, a bowl of pure comfort. The first spoonful was a burst of rustic, home-cooked goodness, a rich, savory broth infused with the essence of slow-simmered vegetables. Tender carrots, zucchini, beans, and tomatoes created a balance of textures, while the hint of herbs and garlic added depth to every bite. Each ingredient felt like it had been given time to develop its full flavor, making it the kind of soup that warms both the body and the soul.

Then came the lasagna, a dish that looked as beautiful as it tasted. The first cut into the layers revealed a hearty, cheesy masterpiece, each forkful loaded with flavor. The pasta was perfectly tender, cradling rich, meaty Bolognese sauce that was both bold and velvety. The creamy ricotta melted into the layers, adding a delicate smoothness, while the mozzarella stretched with each bite, bringing that indulgent cheesiness every great lasagna should have. The top was baked to perfection, with a slight crispness that added a wonderful contrast to the soft, saucy layers beneath.

This is one of my favorite neighborhoods spots. After a long week at work we say we need a Francesca’s night. Beautiful ambiance, great drinks . My go to drink is the strawberry lemon drop

Servie was good. The staff is polite. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. However, the food is lacking. I was expecting much better quality, especially at these prices. I don't mind paying more money if the food is worth. In this case, it is not. I would have been better off eating better food at Olive Garden. The lasagna was very salty and not very good. Freshly made food shouldn't take like a microwave heated a frozen dinner full of sodium. My daughter had linguine alfredo with shrimp. The menu is very limited. Both of our dishes were not listed on the menu.They have more food available than what is printed. You just have to ask for it. I originally gave them 3 stars but deducted one since I am now sick. They only have 2 stars since their service is good.

UPDATE #1: I had my meal at 3:00. As of 9:00pm, I have thrown up twice. I feel weak with a headache and stomach cramps.

Update #2: I had diarrhea 3 times between 9:00-9:45. My daughter had diarrhea twice a while ago.

I really like this pace. My food is always really good. Big portions. Lots of flavor and we typically get recommendations from our server. We’ve been twice - great service both times. We have not had dessert yet - always too full. I would recommend this place. It’s never fully packed - nice crown though.

We have held several events in this space and each one has been a great experience. The staff is always very accommodating and attentive. The food is excellent, and they let you order off menu. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a private space for an event in Oak Lawn.

We dine-in at Francesca’s on 95th often and want to post a review about our experience. Each time and every time we visit, the service and atmosphere is great! From the greeting at the door to sitting at the bar for full-service, we love the service equally from all waiters. They are friendly and welcoming. They are attentive to your needs. On Thursdays, there is live music for a couple hours in the evening. The music selection is great! The food is delicious and made to order.
