This is the worst office In history no communication case workers leaving no one telling vets no one gives updates on cases I filed a very nice report on these people to the VA I hope everyone gets fired in that office because it is clear that office needs a fresh start and better people if you dont like your job go find another one I'm already dealing with so much and you guys add fuel to the fire I will never step foot or ever contact these idiots again

I called, and the person on the line told me he can't access my info. Told me that he is the only person in the office. That he runs a small office. Which is not my problem. I called joliet veterans assistance comission and in less then 5 minutes I got my issues resolved. I dislike Boone veterans assistance commission. Not professional and not willing to help a veteran in need.
