Very nice area for hiking and biking. It was very busy. There is alot of shade and a nice paved walking path that leads to the caves in about 10 minutes (by foot). You can hike up above the caves via trails for a better view! We enjoyed exploring the area. The paved walking trail goes along the river and extends well beyond the caves if you want to have a longer walk.

This was a great visit! There was something for everyone. There is a nice playground for the kids to play and they also have an American Warrior/Ninja course for adults, if you think you can handle it. The trails are out in the open for most of the hike, so protect yourself from the sun. The caves were very cool to experience, being one of a handful in the state.

About 5 mile round trip walk. Be careful with small kids, the rocks have moss and the clay is slick. The area is very pretty. Be cautious around the ravens, some of the ledges are very narrow. Bring water and use the potty.... there is nothing out there.

It is located in the Perry Farm park. Follow the path down from the exploration station parking lot to the river and go right. You'll find a bridge that has the cave to the right.
Be careful hiking around the cave area, it is fun, and you can find neat stuff!
Keep the park clean and bring your trash out or put in one of the nearby bins.

Love hanging out and playing there as a kid. It's a fun and beautiful place just be careful. The rocks can be slippery so watch your footing at all time.

1st pic was from Thursday June 22, 2021, it was beautiful!! The rest were from Wednesday June 30, 2021 after almost a week of a ton of rain. The water is up to the bridge, whereas last week, it was ankle deep. Beautiful and Serene!!

Gorgeous but please everyone - don't litter.

I encourage wildlife lovers to bring a grocery bag and pick up along the trail. Lots of trash in crooks and crannies.

This is an amazing hidden gem. Looks like a city playground/park until you follow the trails back. GPS by address, not name, or you end up on the back side.
