We did not have reservations, we were still promptly seated. Had a wonderful waitress who explained the specials. Our drink orders were taken. When she returned we gave our dinner order. I chose the Chicken Marsala with the Browned Butter Broccoli as the side. We chose the Fried Mushrooms with Tangy Horseradish Sauce and Smokey Chipotle Ranch Sauce as an appetizer. The appetizer and sauces were delicious. Very reasonable wait time for our dinner. I was very impressed with the Chicken Marsala. Chicken was very tender, and the Marsala sauce was perfect. The Browned Butter Broccoli was perfectly cooked and seasoned. A great little gem located on Benton Square.

It's a great spot to have a good bite to eat that is not too pricey. Parking can be challenging, but when the stars aligned with me, I found a great spot just a little walk down from this location.

Speaking of location, it’s right in the square. It's so busy, but it has a good atmosphere.

When entering, you must wait to be seated, which didn’t take too long as we made it at the right time!

Our waiter was the best part of the restaurant in my personal experience. He was fun, bubbly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to the restaurant!

He shared all the great things he loved, which helped us, who were very indecisive!

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fries, and someone else ordered the mushroom burger, which they thought was delicious, and another had the three tacos with chorizo. I will go back again with excellent customer service and atmosphere.

Awesome local restaurant. Definitely has different selections. I had the BBQ Shrimp and Grits. It was delicious. Tried Meg's Paloma as well. Wasn't crazy about the addition of gin to a Paloma but, at least these guys are trying different things. Forget our waitress' name but, she was wonderful. We didn't have a reservation but, seems like it's a good idea here, especially on a weekend.

The new marion location is absolutely beautiful! The coolest vibe- loved the decor! Looks like the bigger city places. It’s so unique for southern Illinois!!!! The drinks are delicious- very pretty and upscale. The food!! My salad tasted and looked so fresh- all the veggies did! We had some of the best steaks ever! Shared some appetizers ( all amazing) ordered 2 more dishes to go home with us!

Amazing service immediately when I walked in. Server was very nice and gave me the specials and soup of the day. I got the Cesar wrap instead but it was absolutely delicious and the price reflected the food quality well. Atmosphere felt very open and welcoming. Would 100% come here again!

Great food, had crab cakes, teriyaki salmon, garlic burger. Definitely would reccomend the broccoli as a side was so delicious. The cocktails were wonderful and the staff was great as well. My only slight issue is that it was very warm inside the building. If looking for a fun night out for dinner or a date place thus is the restaurant you want to go to.

We are pretty regular here, and there’s a reason why. The food is top notch, drinks tasty and service is always fantastic.

Sometimes we bring our kids in burger night, sometimes we come for special occasions like NYE. Always get the Buffalo cauliflower and Crème Brûlée!

Now this is one of those restaurants you go for the first time and before you leave you are deciding which appetizers and dishes you will be ordering on your next visit. The appetizers and entre's were beautifuly arranged and garnished like a piece of artwork. Every bite activated my palat with precision and rich flavors. The meatballs were very delicious, but I would like to try the crab cakes next time. The Buffalo Cauliflower was dynamite! I would order that every visit. My wife had the Strawberry Praline salad with blackened chicken. Best salad I've ever had, I could literally eat that salad daily. I had the Seabass, and it was an excellent dish!
The atmosphere was really enjoyable as well. Featuring Southern Illinois' most notorious Birger gang.
