Our family is very thankful of the Veterinary Specialty Center critical and neurology doctors and the great team of vet technicians who took care of Cedar's health as she overcame a multi-bacterial infection that required surgery and multiple antibiotics.

The front desk team was super helpful every day we came to visit. Everyone we interacted with whether it was in person, via e-mail, or phone was kind and helpful.

May God continue to bless Veterinary Specialty Center as they help our beloved animals.

Our family will forever be grateful to Dr. Kruckman and the entire oncology/radiology team at VSC for curing Rhiannon and treating her with so much love during the entire process. My dog loves to go visit for every appointment and is always eager to go back with them for her tests and exams. Dr. Kruckman has amazing bedside manner and always takes the time to explain things. She is always SO patient and happy to answer any questions I have. We get incredibly detailed notes after each visit and on the occasions we have follow up questions they respond to their emails quickly and are always happy to help. At the end of her radiation treatment they even gave her a certificate signed by the team. Thank you is simply not enough to express my gratitude. You have given us more time which is simply priceless.

We’re so grateful to Dr. Robbins and his entire team for the excellent care they provided for our dog, Basil. From the start, they were kind, thorough, and professional. When we couldn’t get in for a follow-up with our regular vet, the emergency center stepped in and made sure Basil was seen quickly.

What really stood out was that during our second visit to the emergency center—a quick check to ensure Basil didn’t need more antibiotics—they didn’t charge us, which meant a lot. It showed us that they truly care about providing high-quality care and aren't just focused on the bottom line.

We appreciate their compassion, honesty, and dedication to their patients. Highly recommend Veterinary specialty center. It is another plus that the facility is beautiful and super clean!

This is by far the worst veterinary clinic I have ever dealt with. From their misleading estimates to poor communication, the entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Despite already having an Xray from another clinic, they insisted on taking a new one, adding costs. To make matters worse, I’ve emailed them multiple times requesting a copy of the carat and they have completely ignored my messages. The clinic used to overcharge than care for animals. They offered to amputate the leg of my pet - isn’t this awful ?! Luckily we found a good vet clinic who dealt with the matter diligently and professionally.

I trust these doctors/ nurses and interns with my fur baby's lives!

Being a part of the veterinary field, a vet tech for over 20 years, it was difficult for me to have someone else other than myself or my primary vet team take care of my fur baby. The staff starting from the phone call I made to get seen, to checking in, the techs, and the vet all showed compassion and were very knowledgeable that I felt at easy with them caring for my fur baby. Dr. Kupiec was the vet I saw thru the ER on a weekend and even though I was a mess worrying about my baby, she and the tech explained everything and diagnostics were done quickly. Even though I had to receive results that were not great she took the time to offer me all options and help to make the best possible treatment plan for my dog Pants. I am and will be forever grateful that she took care of him. She is beyond knowledge and compassionate. I am very thankful and will continue to refer clients/patients to Veterinary speciality center. Veterinary Specialty Center is by far the best place to bring any pet you may have that is need of any medical attention. Professional staff great service and a very caring staff from the receptionist to the surgeons. They kept us updated 3 times a day and are always available by phone and they return your calls immediately. All the years we have had dogs and many vets VSC is by far the best place to take your pet. They saved our little baby it was a miracle.

Our miniature schnauzer, Zelig, is home with us today, only because of the incredible compassionate care given to him by Dr. Harling, the emergency care team, and all support staff at the Veterinary Specialty Center. We so appreciate the thorough care of your entire team. You were all so supportive of both Zelig and our entire family during this difficult period, and we felt confident that Zelig was under the best care possible with you. You and your staff were always so kind, communicative, and took the time to make sure we understood the diagnosis and treatment plans. We are so grateful to have Zelig back home with us.
