What can i say that hasn't been said already The owner is an outstanding individual he went above and above and then beyond there was massive confusion and frustration on the part of my customer which the owner eventually took care of and then some greatly appreciated there is no other business in Illinois in my opinion better for all your shipping and packaging needs then this establishment I would recommend all my friends and neighbors here Outstanding Phenomenal job on the part of The Owner could not be more pleased with my experience this business knows what it means to treat there customers right other establishments can learn from them. Came here for a Fieldprint. This store is nicely stocked and well maintained. The ambience is great. By the look of it, has good equipment like scanning and printing. Cards, ship etc. Lot more than a store. Unfortunately, I felt the employee helping was not friendly to me. It sure looked like he approached me with prejudice.

I picked up a UHaul from this location. There were some issues with the truck situation but Andrew and his team went above and beyond to resolve them. I imagine they handle the rest of their business in like fashion. A great place to entrust your business to!
