Hermes Service and Sales just finished installation of a new Trane furnace and A/C. I signed the proposal and 5 days later it was all installed. A competitive price and quick installation. Gage and Dakota were here at 7:45 a.m. and left at 4:15 p.m. They took time to explain the system.

We've used Hermes service for 30 years and they are always dependable and reasonably priced. When we started shopping for replacement heating/cooling we were happy to have Hermes come out and walk us through the options. They gave us a thorough and competitive bid.
This week they put in our new Furnace and AC. Dakota and Gage did an excellent job with the work and left the area cleaned up when they left. Both were very courteous and answered all of our questions. The new system runs very well and is super quiet.

Service:
We've relied on Hermes for 30 years for regular maintenance and service. Bill does an excellent job taking care of us on the spring/autumn maintenance plan. I really appreciate Hermes giving us the 2 hour working window, plus the follow-up text and phone call when Bill is on his way. He is always prompt, courteous, and explains everything very well.

Overall:
I have recommended Hermes to my family and friends. Great company. Great people.

Had a furnace repair done recently. The whole operation was extremely professional. We needed a part to be ordered, which they received on Thursday and had someone out to install first thing Friday morning. There were some issues with a previous repair that was not done correctly, but Russ was patient and professional and got us all taken care of. Great service, reasonable prices, highly recommend!

Have used Hermes since we moved here. Their staff are courteous, professional and terrific. (Bill is the best HVAC guy I’ve had to a house in 25 years.) Their use of messages and email reminders about visits is appreciated.

I’ve found their advice is honest and their willingness to work for a win/win to be exceptional. We replaced a furnace with them and it went very, very well.

I would suggest enrolling in their annual program. You save money if you do but not everyone performs regular maintenance on their equipment.

Expecting 20 for Christmas on Wednesday, furnace goes out on Sunday !! Russ came 3 times on Monday concluding that new furnace needed. Gage arrives 7:30 A.M. Christmas eve morning and works until mid-afternoon installing new furnace covered by generous warranties. All techs were friendly, courteous and competent and cost very reasonable. We're totally satisfied and relieved to have received such caring and professional help at our time of need and whole-heartedly recommend the Hermes organization.
