I hired CertaPro Painter's to paint all the wood siding on my house. They did an excellent job! They were so nice too. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was very reasonable, and they used very good paint.

I hired Certapro to paint some of the wood trim & the front of 2 peaks on the ends & 2 peaks on the front of my brick house in early winter when it was too cold. They were here on about the first opportunity when it was warm enough in March. They reviewed what I wanted. They did a great job & got no paint on the brick or driveway. They were here at 7:45 am & worked until it was finished, & then had me look at it to see if I was satisfied. Everything looked great. Also they were very friendly. It was a pleasure.

I am very happy overall with the entire process and the final results. This could easily be a 5-star rating, however there were a few things for improvement with the office staff that cost one star.

- I was very pleased with the person that came to my home to start the process. They were very polite, knew their process very well, and quickly provided me with a quote for the work that was broken down by project items (house, guest house, garage, and two decks).
- I had to call and then leave emails to get the color consultation meeting scheduled.
- The color consultation meeting was excellent and I highly recommend using them even if you know what colors you want to use. We had the 80% solution already figured out. They took us to 100% and were very helpful and pleasant to work with.
- I had to call the office the Friday afternoon prior to the start of work as I had not been contacted by the Project Manager as promised in an email. This call was to discuss what I may need to do to prepare ahead for the painters and to answer any questions. The person in the office stated the PM was on vacation and would call me on the start date. I never received a call from the PM.
- I called the PM a few days into the job as I had some concerns about the scrapping preparation. I had to leave a message. The PM never returned my call. I am not sure what else the PM does, but it didn’t include supporting the customer. Perhaps there is a good reason for this, such as a family emergency, but then I expect another PM to step up and take over the job and to contact me to let me know who I can call due to this change in plans.
- The paint crew contracted by Certa Pro gets a 5-Star rating! They were responsive to my feedback and resolved all issues. They were hard working, friendly, trustworthy, polite, and fearless climbing up nearly 30 feet on ladders to complete decorative trim in the peaks of our Victorian home. They addressed all itemized touch ups and cleaned up the job site every day. They should go on as an independent paint company.

I have included some photos showing the process. The entire property looks amazing! We had 5 different people stop by to get information on what company we were using and many people slowing to watch throughout the project. I imagine there will be more projects generated from this exposure. Certa Pro should put up a sign during the project so people can get the information. I’m sure there were others that didn’t stop because they were too shy.

We had our exterior steel siding and shutters painted by CertaPro, along with the inside of garage walls, ceiling and floor. In spite of crazy November weather, CertaPro staff stayed on the project until complete. We just had to pause a few times due to rain, high winds and snow! The painting team of Craig and Juan took of us. They were courteous, helpful with suggestions, and professional. They got the job done quickly and it looks great. They walked around with us when they finished to make sure we were satisfied before they left. Great experience.

CertaPro truly transformed our house! We had a great experience from beginning to end. Kaleb showed up timely for our appointment even though there had just been a snow storm and the roads weren’t in the best condition. He gave us the estimate before he left that day! Nikole answered any question I had before and during the process. And Arturo did an amazing job prepping and painting the house. I am very impressed all around and would highly recommend! We had CertaPro paint our 2 story foyer and our kitchen this week. We are very happy with the work, especially since we had a few issues that needed follow up. My wife has excellent vision and one of the 2 story foyer walls gets sunlight streaming in all afternoon, so any imperfection at all is visible for her. They came back twice, immediately after being contacted, until everything was to our satisfaction. The large 2 story foyer has never looked better. This is the second time we have hired CertaPro. Two years ago they stained our large cedar home. The painters are extremely friendly, just overall nice people, and they complete the work very quickly.

From start to finish we couldn't have been happier with our choosing CertaPro. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Matt and his crew clearly took pride in their work, and exceeded our expectations when the project completed earlier than expected. I wish the photos I attached did justice to the quality of work they performed. My wife and I are more than pleased with the end result. Everything is exactly as we hoped it would be, and we now have an amazing paint job that will definitely be the envy of everyone on the block.
