I booked the room via a third party, and stupidly somehow booked the wrong night. The room was nonrefundable, but Michelle got us set up in a room and made sure it was away from the rooms occupied by the kids from a sports team. ||She also made sure that we were able to get a refund on our wrong night, even though it was supposed to be non refundable. She turned a frustrating situation into a win for Courtyard as she signed us up for their membership program. We’ll definitely be looking for Courtyards in the future thanks to Michelle. ||The room could have been cleaner (there were long, black hairs in the bed when we pulled back the sheets) and more practical (the TV was in a strange place that was barely viewable from the bed), but Michelle alone made this a 5 star experience. ||-The PowerTrippers

I stayed at this hotel on business a few months ago. Even now, I'm left with a great memory and warm feeling from the wonderful staff; Michelle at the fron desk and Bob in the bistro. They both made me feel at home, they were friendly and very accomodating. I will be sure to stay at this hotel again, especially becuase of these two individuals.

No WiFi although they claim to have it but myself nor any of my colleagues were able to work from this site due to no WiFi.

Their printers were broken. So due to not having wifi, figured I’d print from the hotel computer but was told the printer didn’t work and that I would have to send what was very confidential documents to the front desk to print.

Ordered tea from coffee shop/starbucks, employee was short and rude.

Not a great experience at all. I e have a lot of business in the area and will be in Peoria quite often over the next few months. We will definitely NOT be staying here.

We stayed here two different nights. None of our doors locked to the bathroom or our main door the bolt wouldn’t engage. The only lock we had been able to utilize was the top one that still allows a gap in the door. Both rooms the alarm was set for 6 am so turn them off BEFORE you go to sleep. I will say staff is friendly and courteous when engaging with customers though on both nights we stayed. We did not come across one rude staff member and accommodated switching our rooms on the second stay. My Grandma wanted a working tv so they switched our room right away with zero hostility or hindrance.

The staff is amazingly friendly and the lobby and breakfast/bar area are well kept , the rooms are in dire need of a refresh and remodel. I had green mold/mineral build up in the tub that dropped all night, a bathroom door that wouldn't close tight because the sweep on the bottom is to tight, busted lamp shades and just a worn out 1980s look to them. The place is ok, but a far cry from the Marriot's I stay in down South.

Stayed for my daughter's softball tournament. Complimentary breakfast for the softball families was great. Having a hot tub was exceptional and relaxing.

Very tired. Serious need of an update. I stayed in Courtyards like this 10 years, at least , ago. Shocked that Marriott would let this one slip by. Staff was nice enough but they can't compensate for the fact that the place needs serious work. The staff, while friendly enough, could also use more training.

The workers were super friendly and lobby is spotless. But you get to the room and the AC was making a ton of noise like a belt squeaking & the sliding glass door wouldnt shut. Was a 3 inch gap from closing. Near a lot of noise outside. Was very clean but we felt a bit unsafe.
