I like this place. The staff members are very kind. I imagine they like what they do. They have genuine smiles. I appreciate the overall cleanliness of the rooms as well as the hotel walking spaces. The location is very convenient for grocery shopping, or walking for exercise. I love that they have recycling stations on each floor for plastics, glass, cans, and trash. I like how the rooms are modern, and I think they’re cozy.

So appreciate the staff accomodating my preference for a quiet room away from the elevator! The room and hotel were neat and clean. Icy parking lot had been salted.

I asked twice for additional coffee as it was over Christmas and stores were closed. Desk staff were immediately responsive and helpful. Thanks!

It was nice to be able to have a kitchen to use during my stay. I didn't feel like I had to go out for every meal. If I wanted something simple I could cook up myself, I could easily do so. The kitchen was stocked adequately with the cooking utensils I needed. Overall, it was a nice stay. I'll likely stay there again when I'm in town for an extended stretch.

I had a good stay and always enjoy what the Candlewood extended stay has to offer. The water pressure was low in the shower on the first floor. Also the wifi signal was VERY weak at my room. I was on the far end but it kept dropping out.

Sound proofing does not exist, so if you're unlucky to have loud people in rooms nearby, you won't sleep much. Water pressure is so weak you can barely wash off the shampoo. The fridge and AC are unusably loud. Breakfast is not available/included.
Beds are comfy, and windows can be opened, which is a plus.

The Candlewood hotel suite’s was very affordable, accommodating, and the personnel was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. My husband and l would recommend this hotel to all our family and friends, would like to return in the near future.

The room was extremely clean including the bathroom, well stocked with toiletries and easy to navigate. The staff on arrival were very nice and efficient, answering all our questions, giving us proper instructions to find the room and the location of a great breakfast spot.
