The employees were friendly and the food came out pretty quick! Inside is nice and clean. We tried the Nashville mild and Nashville bbq and both were tasty!! It was our first time here, it was nice to try something different!

Went to try this place for the first time a few days ago. A friend and I ordered within 30 seconds of eachother. My food came to me almost immediately less than a minute, the friend I ate with waited ~10 minutes.

The good : Portion size was large, the Hot Nashville sauce is delicious. The staff were nice and took the orders quickly.

The Bad : My food was absolutely not fresh. The chicken was luke warm and tough. The fries were oil soaked and seemed like maybe they had been kept under a heat lamp or something? You can see in the Pic that it doesn't look right.

I don't know if I'll try them a second time. The sauce was quite good, but the food I was served was disappointing.

I have given this location 2 shots, it fell so short of expectations.

Round 1: I ordered a chicken sandwich, it was so dry and pretty much inedible. The breadstick and corn were phenomenal. I chucked this up to being new and needing to work out kinks.

Round 2: I ordered chicken tenders, they were so greasy it absorbed 2 napkins and still left residue. The chicken was chewy. The corn this time was cold and lacked flavor. The breadstick was still great.

The restaurant is laid out so weird the larger waiting area is on the opposite side of the entrance where you have to walk past the registers. This was just remodeled, so there’s really no excuse.
The floor was super slippery. The cameras in the restaurant have bright lights on them that are quite annoying when trying to eat.
The service wasn’t super great, but wasn’t terrible..

This place is worth a try. BUT guidelines. If getting a sandwich to go or delivery ask for any topping on the SIDE- Or, a spongy sloppy bun arrives kind of dissolved. And extra sauce.
The sauce is pretty hot too. The evening I dined there, my chicken was super, super dry & chewy; I should've mentioned it, shown them & asked for a switch. I didn't, its on me. BUT be cognizant-maybe check the chicken.
This may not be typical. They have soft drinks, lemonade & adult bevs.

Had our order delivered. When it arrived my husbands nuggets had no sauce and a hair! and my jumbo wings were barely sauced and most of them were uncooked. Ive eaten here a couple times before, it was great. Not sure what happened tonight. Overall I have recieved inconsistent results in the past few visits. Tried to call the phone number was busy. Could not get thru. Tried multiple times. The only other contact on google was a alton number Would love to get my money back for a meal we couldnt eat. 40 bucks down...

Really awesome place with even better food! Chicken sandwich was very plump and homemade fries were amazing along with great customer service! Def 5 stars!

I got the jumbo wings. Came with fries and breadstick. It was about $13 with taxes included (Good price). I got the Nashville mild for the wings. They weren't seasoned good and didn't take any sauce. It was more like air fried wings with no taste. I noticed a couple wings weren't cooked properly when I bit into them. The bread stick was the only good thing to me. This business is still new and has potential. Definitely need to get the taste together and make sure food is cooked.

My favorite meal here is the honey-mustard tossed chicken tenders. I’m not a big fan of spicy foods, so the honey mustard is the perfect sauce! It was recommended by one of the employees. The chicken is crispy and tender. The sauce on the corn and breadsticks is my husband’s favorite. The slushies are delicious too! I like the strawberry mango.
