I had a great experience with the Eastland Suites. I stayed in the apartment style lodging. Room was very clean and for the most part quiet. There was some noise but it was minimal and expected in a hotel. I found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable and slept great. The hot breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very caring and helpful and seemed to really care. I look forward to returning someday soon for another visit Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay. Loved the individual suite buildings. The manager, Jacob was wonderful to work with. So accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. While I understand it can be difficult to find good help to work past 9:00 pm, we often have late wrestling events and we were disappointed the kitchen and bar closed at 9:00. We choose locations based on late night accommodations and this place didn’t deliver on this. Perhaps management can be aware of events in their location and accommodate based on this.

We wanted to visit the Peoria Zoo and Miller Zoo. We decided to stay at the Eastland Suites Hotel. Our stay was beyond excellent. ||We were greeted by Lashone when we arrived. She was very friendly, asking what our plans were. We told her about the zoos and the drive we did on Grand View Drive in Peoria. She asked for ID, as usual. She noticed my birthday is a week away and wished me a happy birthday. I told her we were celebrating this weekend due to commitments next weekend. She was so upbeat and friendly! She set the mood for the entire evening. She gave us drink coupons to use in the bar. I guess it's a perk of the hotel. ||Our room was incredible! King beds, kitchenette, TV sofa area. We just loved it! ||We went to dinner, then came back to check out the lounge. We got a couple Miller Lite with our coupons. They we ice cold and tasted so good! We can't remember the last time we enjoyed a beer so much. The lounge is very cozy. We are not bar people but really enjoyed being there. ||Breakfast was great. They had scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bread, and bagels. The coffee was really good, not typical watery hotel coffee.

I had a great experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone visiting the area for business or personal reasons. LaShone, who worked at the front desk, was fabulous during check-in and so helpful during my stay. All of the staff were fabulous.

Front desk staff was wonderful. I don't know the girl's name but she had blue hair. She was great. The lobby was nice and attached to a bar/restaurant, which is also where the breakfast is held. We had dinner in the restaurant. Service was awful, and the food was not much better. The girl who waited on us brought my husband's drink and never came back. After 25 minutes (!), I went up to her (she was sitting at a table) and asked if I was supposed to order at the bar. She literally said she forgot about us and that the bartender should have come to our table to check on us. He was busy. Unacceptable. Continental breakfast was great, though. Hot and delicious. The room was very small and yet still not even cozy. Other guests in the hotel were yelling in the hall half the night. The grounds seemed to be kept very nice, and I would imagine that outside of winter, it would be very pretty there. The location was ideal as there seemed to be everything you may need right there. If I hadn't booked this room on points, I probably would be more upset as the room cost was $157+ for the night. Not at all worth that imo.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here and the hotel couldn’t be any closer to all the major stores and shopping centers. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchenette made for a nice reprieve from constantly eating out and the service was great. The breakfast was very nice and the bar is nice if you’d like to have a drink and catch the game outside of your room. I have to especially shout out Lashon at the front desk as she gave impeccable service. She was so warm and friendly even over the phone and upon check-in she remembered us which really made myself, my husband and my mom feel like truly valued guests. I would come back off of her wonderful, pleasant service and kind demeanor alone. Definitely recommend staying here!

I have the sense Eastland is trying really hard to do well, however, they are in need of money, awareness, and/or leadership to do that. The staff at Eastland are professional, caring, and kind. The room was clean. The towels look new-ish and have good loft. The bed cover and draperies are in good shape. Yet, future guests should know: the kitchen has decent quality, full-size appliances; but only a fry pan and soup pan with one top that fits both - no other cookware; beyond the dinner plates, there is no cookware to use in the microwave; there is no cutting knife, cooking spoon, spatula, etc.; there is no paper towel, sponge, or dish rag (there is one kitchen towel). One would need their own tools and pans to prepare a meal in the "full kitchen". Additionally, the sheets/blankets are very thin. The suite room has one good-quality sliding glass door -no windows - so the room is rather dark. A really odd thing: the keys we received were HILTON branded; when I asked at check out if I could get Hilton Honor points, I was told "Oh no, we are independent. We just ran out of our own keys and we are using theirs."

We planned a little overnight get away to check out Peoria Zoo and Miller Zoo. This hotel looked nice so we booked it. I'm so glad we did! Lashone made us feel so welcome. She was friendly and upbeat. She even noticed my birthday is next week. The room we had was amazing! King suite. We had drink coupons for the lounge where we enjoyed ice cold beer. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options like scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereals, and hand fruit. (Other things too). The coffee was also really good.

I highly recommend this hotel!
