A few years ago I had purchased a couple suitcases from their store that I've been happy with. I was at the store again recently to buy a couple backpacks for my kids. I was disappointed at the poor quality (the zippers kept breaking). I eventually contacted the store about it via email and the manager was very responsive. He said that they had noticed that the particular product was not up to their standards and that they were no longer selling it and were in a dispute with the 3rd party distributor that provided it to their store. He offered me a refund. Even offered to mail me a check so I didn't even have to go into the store. Top notch customer service!

I am not happy with them, my fiance purchased from them a month long vacation in Hawaii,, to see several islands ! We've been here for 8 days and this is only the 2nd Island we've been on and boy have they messed it up,, letting us down,the 1st hotel was really really small, I couldn't even put my suitcase opened up on both sides, no room in the room, on the last floor of the hotel, 18th floor! Then we're here on Molokai, God, it just keep getting worse, the condo(was expecting a hotel) has NO AIR, we got here at 2pm , office closed at 1 so we went to the hotel next door, (it coat us $300, decent price, it was nice, spacious rooms, very nice place to have stayed, next morning we finally got into Molokai shores, what a disaster, never will I ever come back, Molokai has nothing to do unless you surf! The sea front is dirty, can't swim, I couldn't get into the pool area either, no code for it!! I'm not happy, we're stuck here til Tuesday Christmas Eve!!

What a fun little travel agency/souvenir store this place is! Was looking for specific flags after a very bad experience at another nearby store, and they were nothing but helpful and friendly, and they had a very diverse and fun selection of various flag-themed merchandise (and of course, flags). I can't vouch for the travel agency side as I'm not a local, but if I ever need a different national flag (and even some other ones) or something like a cute or practical passport holder, this is my place to go.

I bought a Durano large suitcase with a 5 year warranty. After 2 trips handle came off and the zipper was torn. Didn’t even have 2 years. I drove 1.5 hrs to drop it off for them to fix. They contacted me 4 months later. I went to pick it up and the zipper was not fixed. They now have had my luggage for a year and don’t return calls or texts.

We went to Dubai on Sept 27th. Communication with Mike was very inconsistent in preparation for the trip. Since we were not in Chicago, Mike told us that he would look for flights to Chicago as we got closer to departure. That never occurred, so we booked on our own. We wanted to upgrade our room, and I emailed continuously for assistance. We were finally able to call the hotel directly for the upgrade. After numerous emails, I would call and have to leave a message. When I would finally speak to him, he would say that my emails went to SPAM even though I responded to his email. When we arrived in Dubai, there was one van for 19 people and approximately 30 pieces of luggage. After 2 hours, one of the airport wheelchair assistants told the transportation representative that the delay was unacceptable. Several people in the party, including my family, took taxis or Ubers to the hotel. After that, the trip was amazing! The hotel was incredible! Dubai is a wonderful vacation. I was told that there was more than enough transportation getting to the airport for departure, but we had already arranged our transportation to ensure that we were at the airport on time. I would have given fewer stars for the agency if the trip had not been so great.
