We had an amazing time at Great Wolf Lodge! The indoor water park was so much fun—we went on all seven adventurous water slides and loved every minute of it. The lazy river was relaxing, and the large arcade game room kept everyone entertained for hours. Our hotel room was very clean, and honestly, the entire place was spotless, including the bathrooms and showers. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place for family fun—it’s the perfect getaway for all ages!

Went here with the family due to the great price. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. It is smaller than other great wolf lodges we've been to, but we still enjoyed ourselves. It has updated magiquest screens and the kids had fun running around. The water park was decent and we wished there was a hot tub. The family food package with pizza, cheesy garlic bread, wings, and lemonade was pretty good for the value.

Came here for my daughter’s birthday and I don’t think I’ll be back. Got a water bottle at the shop and they charge 10 $ after providing no price for the water on the shelf. Complete rip off. The water park was enjoyed by my daughter and son so no complaints there, but the place itself is a complete rip off. I’d only recommend coming here if you bring all your our food and drink including water bottles and only plan on doing the water park. Staff was very polite and friendly regardless, not one bad apple in the bunch from who I met.

Update we still had a day left at the waterpark, and we went to the waterpark. I spent $55 on food for three people. The burgers were lower quality than you would find at a backyard cookout and had nothing on them. The soda machine only had flat soda. Which was undrinkable. Overall, I would say this place absolutely sucks unless you’re looking to spend an absorbent amount of money on a bunch of crap you don’t need and your goal is to feel like you were ripped off. If you do come, I recommend bringing your own food and drinks for every meal and just going to the waterpark and ignoring everything else.
Seriously, save your money and go to Wisconsin Dells, where at least when you’re paying an absorbent amount of money for things you have some kind of excuse for it

Amazing Experience! We stayed overnight 03/21-03/22 and enjoyed every moment. The room suite was extremely clean and comfortable. The water park was awesome my kids loved it. The pizza was FIRE! We are definitely returning. Thank you for the 1st responder discounts, it really helps.

Normally I don't write a review, but seeing all the lower reviews, I wanted to give a different perspective. We had a great time! Mind you, this was a Monday-Tuesday in March, so I can see how weekends could be more crowded and frustrating. We have kids who are 16, 14, 13, and 8.|First, our check-in at 1pm on Monday was smooth and easy. 5 minutes or less. Our room was ready right away, which was unexpected!|Next, the water park was great! #1 reason, it was very warm, and I hate water parks that are cold. #2 Tons of slides and pool options. The boys loved the slides and basketball hoops. The lines were much shorter than I usually experience. #3 The life guards looked attentive, but did not micro-manage us, which I appreciated. The only drawback is no hot-tub. |In the morning we had breakfast sandwiches from Dunkin, and the service was quick.|I would definitely stay here again!

BEWARE!!!!!BED BUGS!!!!!!! The trip was for my daughter’s birthday in late January. It seemed to be ok. We got there checked the beds was still a little sketchy because they use flat sheets in place of fitted sheets. We went to the water park and came back and were all in bed by 11:00pm about 5-6 a.m. my oldest daughter woke me up stating something bit her we pulled the covers back on her bed and found 3 baby bed bugs. We then checked my bed and found 2 baby bugs and a big bug. I went to the front desk and asked for a manager and they sent some sort of lead to the front. I again requested a manger. I waited for a manger for at least 30 minutes. When he finally came I explained the situation. He asked me was it a code blue? Sir I have no idea what that means if it means bed bugs in the room then yes. He asked if u wanted another room I declined and asked for a refund. He agreed and told me it would take a while because it has to be refunded through Groupon. He then told me he had a heat machine to put out things in to kill the bugs. His responses absolutely told me this was something they experience often. They put our thing in there inside the room and said it would take an hour and they will meet me therein an hour. He offered us a free breakfast for the inconvenience. We waited around the halls of the room for an hour and no one ever came back. The machine had stopped so I took our things out. He told me it gets really out in the machine however or bathing suits were still wet again to me meaning it doesn’t really work. I threw out most of the things we brought with us including by babies favorite stuffed animal she had since a baby because I didn’t want to take home bugs with us. She still cries about it. He told me every thing would be refunded but it was not. I’m not going to keep keeping reaching out. I decided to contact a lawyer because something has to be done about this place continuing to allow guest to stay here knowing that it has not been brought up yo code. The room we stayed in was 1221

Great place to have fun with the family. There are a lot of actives to do besides hanging out at the pool. I will say it would be nice if they had a family package for certain things. $70 per kid can add up quick when you have more than one. I do wish the suite we reserved had more than just a fridge. Ordering food is expensive, the prices for somethings were crazy expensive but then others were kinda cheap. My advice: order what you can ahead on Amazon. Paying for parking Bogus…The staff!!! Super helpful, really friendly, and polite. Most of the employees genuinely seem to enjoy their job and you can tell by the service they provide. All in all it was a fun time, just make sure you look out for deals and save money

I don’t recommend coming here. False advertisement all the way around. The bowling, rock climbing, and mini golf are suited for toddlers. The entire place is more for children 10 years and younger. They should have actual photos of the lodge posted because had I seen that my teens would get nothing out of coming here I would have NEVER booked the trip. They have an unlimited dining package that is NOT unlimited. They give you $100 for the duration of your stay. They do give unlimited use of bowling, rock climbing, and mini golf but if you have teens what will they get out of it? I cannot say enough how disappointed I am with this costly trip that was extremely falsely advertised. Again, if you have preteens and younger this is definitely for you. Can’t even check out early cause they don’t refund anything. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
