I'm leaving this review, so I remember to NEVER return to this place. My load was supposed to be ready by 10:00 am. It is 23:30 and the load is still not ready so we will see how long they make me sit here. The lot is disgusting, filled with muck and pot holes. When you turn in, you need to go all the way down the first row to the right, then loop around to get in line for the washout. They wash out and tell you where to drop your trailer. After that, you must BT off the property. They tell you to park in the street or down the road at Walmart. Walmart will tell you to leave after they close at 11. This place does not care about your time or where you park as long as it is not on their property even though they are extraordinarily behind schedule. When I got this load, I read reviews and almost canceled. Now I wish I would have.

DRIVERS PULLING REFFER. Pull into "drop lot" on the right. Slide tandoms to the back and open doors. Back into wash bay (on the other side from the drop lot by the security office, check in with wash bay ($73 mon-fri, $74 sat-sun) MANDITORY WASHOUST, DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE A RECEIPT. You will drop trailer on outskirts of drop yard. Go park on the street. They will call in 12-? hours. I've had a few loads get out of here 12hrs after earliest appointment but it seems to be rare here. They've got a bathroom and vending machines in the security office. Don't bother calling the office they don't coordinate with shipping and won't tell you much. I suggest if your a live load drop it the latest possible time, no one cares about your time wasted.

Been here a few times for drop and hook loads and my loads have always been done early with no issues. Staff is nice and friendly.
When you come in pull to the right open your doors and slide your tandems then pull around to the left behind the scale and back into the docks for a washout. After docking walk into the bay to check in. After checking in you'll drop your trailer in the dirt lot (left or right side) and if your picking up a preloaded trailer yours will be in the middle.

If it was recently raining the dirt parking lot will be a mess and you'll have to watch your trailer landing gear as sometimes they will sink into the ground I have had this happen 2x. Just flag a yard driver down and they will pull it out for you. Once hooked up slide your tandems where you'd like it and then drive around the lot to the scale and they will meet you out there once you pull onto it with your paperwork.

Here for a drop and hook. The load was supposed to be ready last night, 2200. Here we are at 1400 the next day, and guard shack still has no clue when it will be ready. I was supposed to deliver this load at 1900 today. It's not going to happen.

I'm never coming here again. If you're reading this review and you get sent a preplan for here - I'd think twice before you accept it.

If only I could give a -star that would be my rating for this place. I don't like giving negative reviews but when you're here waiting to get loaded for more than 24hrs, well then you have to let drivers know what they're up against when coming here. Sorry JBS, but it's only the truth!

You got wait long time but the process to get loaded is super easy, there is not much parking, I know my load will be ready next day so i book little hotel 2 miles from there for 30 dollars a night clean and updated
