I left my house at 3:00 this afternoon and was back home by 6pm after trading in and purchasing a new truck with no appointment and no prior conversation with anybody there beforehand. I had an issue where my car would not start and I could not get it to charge either so I asked them to tow it so they arrive. They managed to get it started, but instead of putting it on the tow truck to take it to Jennings to figure out what was wrong with it and see what was the problem they left and brought some another person back and decided to take it for a drive And then bring it back to my house. I caught all of this on my video doorbell As I was headed to work. This is very unprofessional. And very uncalled for at first, I initially thought the tow driver went and got a buddy and stole my car. To my relief, they did not, and they did not damage it as that was another concern since they did not have my Permission to drive it just to tow it and work on it. I will not be coming back because of this as this had me terrified and crying. I will go somewhere else to figure out why it keeps dying.

Terrible customer service in the service department. I've had two bad experiences and will not be back. The 1st bad experiences was when I scheduled and oil change and repair to a recall. I arrived to my 8am appt and was told they did not have a jeep technician. I had scheduled the appt two weeks in advance and I live out of town. I gave them another try. I scheduled an oil change and transmission fluid change for 8am today. I arrived 10 min. Early to the appt. I told them I'm waiting here during the appt as I do not have a ride. It's been two hours and no word of my vehicle being done. I went to the service desk to ask about my vehicle and they acted as if they were surprised I've been waiting all this time. It's going to be another 40 min before my car is finished. I've seen several people come and go with oil changes while I've been sitting here.

Alot of these Google reviews come from employees. The man that owns this company has no integrity, honor, or moral compas.. so most these good reviews should be disregarded. He has previously asked employees to commit fraud. How honest is that? People should also ask themselves if most these reviews come from employees like Guido. For one example. How honest is it.

I expressed interest in a GMC truck Jennings had in transit on May 12. Received text message from internet sales manager Jon that indicated he would let me know when truck came in. After it was delivered I made multiple calls and texts to dealership only to find out the truck had been sold last week. Very poor communication. Would have appreciated a simple notification that vehicle was no longer available.

Tim Evans did everything he could to make my experience amazing! He was in contact with me by phone days before the trade and he answered every question I had quickly. When I showed up for the car they had it cleaned and shining and paper work ready to go!! Quick and painless. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you I love my SUV and will be back if I ever need something else!

I did all the time consuming parts of the transaction on their website so I was only at the physical location for less than an hour, long enough for a test drive and signing paper work. Everyone was friendly and personable making it a pleasant experience. Very nice, clean, and professional looking inside. Loving my new car!

The service department is trash sad .this was a great service department. At scheduled work to be done took time off of my work to take the vehicle in. The work was never done .the say there short on help .had my jeep at the shop all day just to call and say they couldn't get to it.
