The location is good. Customer service was fantastic! I tried to order room service the first night but they never answered the phone. When I went to the restaurant the food was fantastic. Rooms were old and the beds are terrible. Pillows were flat and my bathroom was exceptionally old. Probably wouldn't stay there again especially for the price.

I was here for a conference and enjoyed the spacious room and nice meeting facilities. There were plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. Staff were pleasant and efficient during check in and check out. The Hilton App key function worked well.

My husband made an online reservation for the two of us and our infant baby. We were on a late flight and arrived to the hotel around 11pm. When we got there they told us they would not be able to provide a pack and play for our baby. Apparently they have them but the housekeeping staff were gone and are the only ones who know where they are kept. Since it was late and all stores were closed they recommended we sleep with him in the bed. We didn’t feel comfortable with that as our baby was only 3 months old at the time. We explained the situation and asked for any solutions but this hotel couldn’t provide any. My husband even suggested that they call another Hilton and ask for another Pack and Play. They responded that they are not associated with the nearby Hilton. My husband decided to call them himself and explained the situation. Their staff was very helpful and allowed us to borrow the Pack and Play for the night. We understand that we’re not guaranteed a Pack and Play or crib when staying at a hotel but was frustrating we couldn’t use it simply because the stay didn’t know where they were. This also was not our first time flying with a baby and doing a late check in at a hotel. It was also frustrating with the lack of empathy from the staff. With that being said we’re really grateful for the other Hilton and how they went above and beyond.

I feel completely bamboozled, catfished if you will. This place does not at all look like it's pictures online, especially the rooms! You can tell they only spent money on the lobby. The first room I got checked into smelled like people been smoking in it since it opened so I asked to be moved to another one (which I never do that but it was bad) so they moved me to a "upgrade" and the entire room smelled like dirt! It smells like the carpets haven't been cleaned since 1965. The smell of dirt was so prominent, like there was sandbox in the bed next to me. The carpets were absolutely disgusting. The picture of the room on the website is not at all even close to what it looks like. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights and I checked out after one. It's bad! I have stayed at Motel 6 that are nicer than that. Don't let the word "Resort" fool you.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Resort and was disappointed all-in-all with everything, but especially with the condition of the bathroom in my room (Room 147). The quality was far below what I would expect from a Hilton property.

I find it outrageous that they dare to give out the room like this when I paid over $2000 for four nights.

The sink was missing proper bottom casing, and the countertop was misaligned, making it look poorly maintained. The showerhead, rod, and surrounding areas were heavily calcified and outdated, which not only affected the appearance but also detracted from the cleanliness and functionality.

Additionally, two floor tiles were uneven, which created a safety hazard. I was genuinely concerned someone might trip and injure themselves, so I felt it necessary to wear slippers at all times in the bathroom.

I have documented these issues with photos and am hopeful the Hilton management will take this feedback seriously to make necessary improvements.

Fabulous resort in 1990’s not so much today. Should be Hilton Motel rather than Resort. Amenities lacking such as fitness center and pool area. Rooms are large and clean but bathrooms are tiny. Understaffed but those working were friendly. For the price other modern properties will full amenities are nearby.

There was some pool side party happening during my stay and the noise was unbearable in the room. There is no instant warm water in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great, service was top class and all the attendants were very helpful and kind.

*Worth noting that the entire property is under landscaping construction - no end date.* There are men and machines operating inside the courtyard, by the pool, and if you have a room facing outward, there are trucks hauling rock from 7:00am on. The sloped ceilings are rather loud as they flex from the people above you and every time air conditioning comes on. Waited ten minutes to be acknowledged at breakfast and was never checked on again. I’ve addressed concerns with management and will not be staying at this property going forward.
