This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. We had a king suite overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was really good and included in the cost of our room. Lots of very nice sitting areas with propane heaters. All staff were super friendly. The large outdoor firepit was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, met lots of friendly people there, a nice gathering place. Pool was very nice. Hot tub was nice too. They also had bbqs that guests were welcome to use.. we will definitely stay again. It isnt right in town but a very short drive.

I knew when we were coming to Sedona to expect higher prices, but I feel like there are better choices than this hotel (and I am normally a fan of Residence Inns). Primarily because:

- it’s well out of town with a massive parking lot, yet charges $25+tax for parking. (I understand inner city hotels charging for parking, but this is money grab)
- I got a room on the ground floor with a view of a brick wall about 5 feet outside the window. Honestly felt like we were in a basement. I read reviews about the ‘great views’ but it’s the luck of the draw what room you get even thou they charge the same price.

My rating is more about my room than anything else as it kinda put a damper on our stay there as we got no natural light in our room and no view of the gorgeous scenery surrounding the hotel. The staff were great, the pool area nice, and the laundry handy after traveling for a couple weeks.

This place is awesome. Only 3 years old and the setting is spectacular. Beautiful landscape, spacious rooms, and the staff is top notch. Every single employee was friendly, engaging, snd seemed to genuinely like their job. I am from Arizona and every time we head up to Sedona the beauty of this place astounds me. Please…..put it on your must do list❤️

Would’ve been 5 out of 5 except for the BS daily parking fee. Ridiculous. Nice room. Convenient to visit Sedona/Cottonwood/Jerome etc. Easy check in. Good breakfast buffet (no waffle machine though). Nice pool area-common grounds! Again, would’ve been 5 stars except for the daily fee which again is ridiculous.

We stayed at the Residence Inn for just one night, and it was a great experience. The hotel was spotless and well-kept, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Its central location was ideal for our needs. The stay offered excellent value, with a fantastic breakfast included. Vicky at the front desk stood out for her friendly and helpful service. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

This hotel lives up to all standards. I will admit I was very skeptical based on the reviews but so glad I took the chance. The room is so clean along with the whole facility. We had a situation that was my fault and the hotel took care of it no issues! Everyone complains about the parking fee however if you stay at any resort you know they charge parking per day. If you also look at the options in this area you’ll quickly realize that the hotel fee plus parking is way better then anything else the area has to offer. I shopped for awhile and so glad I booked this. We will defiantly be back and recommend this hotel. The breakfast is also very good considering hotel breakfast! Aspen was so sweet to deal with as well! Overall a great experience at this property.

The property was beautiful next to a couple of hiking trails. Laura was very nice with checking us in and providing us with “things to do” around the property. But Adam the breakfast staff was awesome. He was friendly, helpful, and worked really hard to maintain the area ready for next guest. He would check in on you to see if you need anything. Thanks Adam for the wonderful experience.

We had a great stay here with our family of four! We are Marriott Platinum and we got upgraded which was really nice. I used the laundry facilities and they were great. This place really shines at breakfast. The spread was much more than a normal breakfast at a hotel. The employees working there were also amazing making sure we were helped.
