We just returned from our Disney trip planned with the assistance of Tracy. I highly recommend using a Disney travel planner as so many facets of this type of vacation can be complicated. Tracy was communicative throughout the booking process and answered our questions and made great recommendations. We experienced a booking error late into the trip, and Tracy and her team leapt into action to correct the issue. While on our trip, hurricane Idalia hit, and Tracy took the time to text and check in on us. Tracy was genuinely concerned about our family and wanted to do anything she could to ensure we enjoyed our trip. This type of service and dedication to clients is what sets her apart from other travel professionals. We plan to visit Disney again and will definitely trust Tracy with our future travel needs!

Our family has used Justin to arrange multiple Disney trips, from just our family of four to the extended family of ten. My family had decided on a last minute trip to Disneyland. Justin was very quick to respond when I asked for help. My husband and I went back and forth trying to decide if we wanted to go for one or two days since it was a quick weekend trip. Justin was very helpful and stuck with us through the whole decision process. Our trip went very smoothly! Tickets were delivered to us through email. He booked our hotel for us and when we arrived we had no issues with our reservation.
