Updated ceiling fans.
Optionally, update or remove the swimming pool slide. Provide clear house instructions for using amenities like outside lights, spa, TV, etc. Be prepared to offer partial refunds for unexpected issues or inconveniences. Cleaning fees should cover all cleaning tasks; guests shouldn’t be asked to start laundry before departure. Ensure the property is free of smoking paraphernalia and other debris; hold someone accountable for such oversights. home. There were not only crawling insects but also flying ones. The house suffers from poor carpentry work, plumbing, painting, dirty cabinets, electrical issues, and terrible landscaping. This house needs to be taken off Airbnb. It is unacceptable to charge a cleaning fee for such a place. We were charged a $400 cleaning fee upon reserving the place, yet we were still expected to start the washing machine before departing. Although we left the house cleaner than we found it, the entire experience was a nightmare. Think carefully before staying here. This place is a dump. Don’t be fooled by the 20-year-old pictures—consider this a warning. No family should rent this place and expect to have an enjoyable and peaceful stay.

I wish I could give 6 stars. We ended up getting this property because we had booked another but the pipes broke so we were in a major hurry to find somewhere to go in just a couple of hours.
We found this beautiful property and lucked out on it being available. We got even luckier when we realized we had the most amazing hosts ever. Ive stayed in quite a few air bnbs and no hosts have compared to these guys and gals! They were compassionate, kind, helpful, extremely responsive, accommodating, and were able to get us checked in right away. The property was just as outstanding as the hosts. Squeaky clean from floor to ceiling, very comfortable beds, and the HEATED POOL stole the show for us. We didn't know a pool could get so warm in the winter months and we enjoyed every second of it!! Breathtaking views from every window and the entire back patio/pool area. They even had an outdoor tv and gas fire pit. This will be our #1 choice for our next trip to AZ. THANK YOU! We will be back! 🙂

My family stayed here during a family reunion week and loved it! The house was beautiful, spacious, well stocked, and the pool was the highlight of the trip for the cousins.

With so many young kids, it was nice to have a place them to swim that we could easily keep and eye on them and know they were safe. My then 6-month old had her first pool experience here and loves watching the video of herself so we often relive the good times of this trip.

We actually liked this house so much that in choosing our new home we intentionally found one that resembles this one. It was great to try it out on vacation first!

Family of 4 had an excellent time at the house. We stayed in August but the house was cool and so was the pool. Pool table and rec room was fun as well as the putting green. Truly an amazing place in a nice clean and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. The perfect house.

My family and I rented this home for my son’s med school graduation and it was ideal for our three family reunion with young children. The house was spacious and allowed us all our own space and the backyard and pool were just beautiful. The pool is large and we had several fun days in it. The backyard barbeque was perfect for our large family meals. There is a nice Fry’s grocery store not far from the home which was also very convenient. Highly recommend this beautiful, private and quiet home!

We stayed at this house for our annual golf trip and it was great! The house was well appointed and very clean. Beautiful backyard, perfect for relaxing after our games. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to every ammentity that you need. I highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time staying at this spacious pristine home. Very comfortable for two families of four (including 3 active boys and one little princess). The pool was great for all of us and the location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.
