Called to see what was available for July cruises. She told us it was her duty to inform us that penalties would be involved for booking so late. Fair enough. Evidently her duties stopped there. After stating that she would research what was available, she would call after Easter. That was a week ago and we are still waiting. My concerns are if they don't want to work to get our business, how much effort will they put in to build you a nice 25th wedding anniversary trip? We would have been receptive to other opportunities had duty compelled her to tell us about them.
My sense is that this is run by part time folks that aren't always in the office. You have to leave messages, emails and book appointments in advance. A concern if there are urgent problems or questions. On to the next travel agency on the list.

having taken several tours with Sinclair travels am happy to say they all have been great fun,& well planed from the simple ones like LV & laughlin to the big cruises which I'm hoping to do soon, looking forward to rocky point NYears again this yr, as it was fun last yr..
