We decided to add the Dolphin Encounters cruise to our girls' trip last minute, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! Leslie was great—she called ahead to confirm our booking and provided clear directions. We chose the 5 PM slot, and the weather couldn’t have been better: a nice breeze with just the right amount of warmth from the sun. Dylan, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable about the marine life and local area, and his jokes kept us laughing throughout the tour. The captain navigated the boat smoothly and confidently, making sure we safely got close to the dolphins. We enjoyed a relaxing 15 minutes on One Tree Island, and the moment we spotted the dolphins was so exciting! It was an amazing experience from start to finish, and definitely worth it—don’t forget to leave a tip!

Worth the price. We enjoyed seeing a lot of Dolphins and the crew is super helpful driving as close as possible. Nikki, the captain is nice and she provided us cool information. The visit to the island was good and grabbed some shells.

Really nice time. Better than the ones in Tampa. This boat was comfortable with cushioned seats and it was a smooth ride. We saw many dolphins and visited the tiny little island. The commentary was great and I learned a lot about Clearwater.

We took this trip on 2/2. It was just us and another family. We saw a few dolphins and got good videos of them jumping. The little island was cute.
We did not get in the water as it was cold, but my girls enjoyed collecting sea shells. Ragen (hope I spelled her name right) was great and helped my girls find some beautiful shells.
They do give the kids a small dolphin toy to take home. Money well spent

We had a fantastic experience, and would not change a thing. The dolphins were playful when we went, the crew treated our daughter like royalty, and island stop was unique and fun. We would highly recommend.

We had a great morning with a lot of dolphins and very few people on board, which was nice. We even saw some baby dolphins. We stopped at “One Tree Island” to cool off and to do some shelling. We even saw a horseshoe crab which looked very prehistoric.

This is our go-to dolphin cruise every time family comes to visit us from out of town! There are so many dolphin cruises to pick from in that area, but from our 1st hand experience with ENCOUNTERS WITH DOLPHINS, you can't go wrong with them! You ALWAYS see dolphins!!!!!!! The boats are comfortable and smooth sailing and also covered, which helps to avoid the Florida sunburns, especially with those that are not used to our intense sun-rays! The boat-tours are always a decent amount of time and very enjoyable! The boat's Captains are very safety-conscious and also very familiar with the waterways! This trip, we had the awesome Captain Niki, working with 1st Mate Ashley. They shared a lot of information about the area and are so knowledgeable about the dolphins and other marine life. Together, they made our trip so pleasant and enjoyable!!!! We booked and paid online, which was so easy to incorporate into our scheduled plans, but you can pay right there on-site. Parking is available right by the boat in a large first come, first serve parking lot, which is a major plus in that crowded Clearwater Beach area!!! We will be back again, no doubt, when the next out-of-state relatives come to visit. 🙂 🙂

The Dolphin Tour was so amazing! It was my most favorite part of our vacation! We got to see 5 dolphins swimming together and the guides said they usually don’t see that many! I will definitely do this again!!! Thank you!
