We loved our stay at this condo! Interior is beautiful and well decorated. Everything was comfortable. I like that the owner left pantry items such as oils and spices. Plenty of paper towels and toilet tissue. We stay a lot of condos and they never leave these items. We did not use the beach supplies as it was too cold to go to the beach, regardless it’s a nice touch. My favorite was the PILLOWS! Every other condo we’ve stayed at had awful flat pillows. This unit has fluffy soft ones. We did not use the pool as it was closed for maintenance. Everything is walkable. Lots of bars restaurants and shops. Clearwater is still cleaning up from the hurricanes so it’s a little congested with construction. We loved the balcony too. Comfortable and great views. Highly recommend this condo 😁

The place was fabulous and worked perfectly for our needs. It was my wife and I, our two adult children, and our son's girlfriend. It had enough rooms for when people needed some alone or quiet time, but also great gathering locations like the kitchen bar, living room, and balcony. The balcony was the best feature. Every morning, I sat out an enjoyed the serenity of the quiet water and the marine birds. The location was great. You walked across the street an in-between hotels, and you were on a beach. There was a much larger beach a 7-minute walk up the street. I had a question during our stay and Karen answered promptly and courteously.

It’s a beautiful condo, so serene and we immediately got into the vacation mindset! The location is perfect with a pool and hot tub on premises and the beach is across the street! The restaurants that Karen (the host) suggested were exactly what she described them as. The guide book was such a help before arriving, and while we were there!
Thank you Karen it was a lovely vacation! We would definitely come again!

My family and I (husband and two teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Views condo. It was perfect - clean, spacious, beautiful and was in a perfect location. It was walkable to the beach and so many great bars, restaurants and shops. (And seeing dolphins while enjoying coffee on the balcony was so cool!) Also, Karen was a wonderful host. She provided clear, easy to follow instructions and helpful tips and recommendations on things to do in the area. Thank you Karen! If we come back to the area we will definitely stay again!

Where to begin… from the moment you open the door to the condo the view takes your breath away. It is so tranquil and beautiful. The space is abundant with large open beautifully decorated rooms. You will want and need for nothing because Karen has thought of everything. Karen gave us so many great suggestions and ideas for things to see, do and wonderful restaurants. Thank you so much for such a wonderful vacation in you beautiful home!! We will definitely be back!

This place was great. Karen was always available if we had any questions. It was ultra clean and location was great. I highly recommend this place to stay. Karen provided lots of details from places to eat to things to do. She has everything you could need for your stay. The view was great and it was so peaceful sitting on the balcony for your morning coffee to your evening beverage. We will definitely be back and look forward to it.

It was amazing!!!! Took my aunt to the beach for the first time. It was such a short walk to the beach. She had a blast. Karen’s condo was everything we needed. Everything was within walking distance. We ate at all the local places to eat so we never had to leave. Thanks Karen for a wonderful time

What a wonderful place to stay. You’re in the heart of Clearwater beach just a short walk from the beach. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We saw dolphins and manatees. It was beautiful to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee every morning. We drove to Dunedin and Tarpon Springs, short trips to great places. We lived in the area for a while and it was wonderful to revisit our old haunts. Would definitely go again at to Dolphin view it was a wonderful experience. The location and view are worth every penny.
