Highly recommend this hotel! The best hotel, we have ever stayed at! Our new home away from home! ❤️
In a great location, very clean and comfortable rooms and an amazing staff that take pride in their jobs and their customers!
We stayed long enough to know the great staff of this place.
From the warm welcomes of Omar, Lourdes and Wayne in the front desk during the day and nights to the amazing hospitality provided from both Daisy and Yesenia from housekeeping that kept our rooms clean and well stocked with each of our necessities!
A great selection of breakfast in the mornings, clean relaxing pool, super comfortable beds, friendly/attentive staff, like what more can you ask for!
Thank you comfort suites we enjoyed our stay and look forward for our next one here again!

Our organization had a Board meeting in Jacksonville and we all stayed at the Comfort Inn. Omar and staff made our stay very enjoyable. Aside from the cleanliness of the whole area and rooms, there were wonderful special touches like makeup remover pads and shower caps. There was a free, full breakfast that was excellent with many hot and cold choices. The dining room attendant was cheerful and the area was exceptionally clean. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Would highly recommend this hotel for short or long trips.

Very pleasant staff. Autumn and other staff members at the front desk were amazing to deal with. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Never knew hotel bacon could be so thin lol. Fresh fruit and waffles, and more. I would certainly stay here again.

This is a great place, room was clean and bed was comfortable. What more can you ask for. The lobby was great decorated for Christmas. Big spacious and seen people hanging out. I’d definitely stay here again. Staff was nice, didn’t have much interaction with them but always greeted me when I returned. Hallways were clean, elevators were worked, parking was good. I really can’t think of anything negative. It’s 5 stars because of all the above and the price I paid.

Our stay began with a warm welcome from the check-in staff. I had checked in online so the process was simplified. Our room was immaculate and well stocked. The breakfast included many options and the breakfast staff (Charita I believe) was welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast and dining area was immaculate and we observed the staff thoroughly cleaning the area.

We didn't have the housekeeping staff clean our room during our stay, but Adeline greeted us in the hallways and was very pleasant.

I have already recommended this hotel in Orange Park to others, and I will return here when I'm in the area.

I have stayed at many of the area hotels due to work. I return to this property every time. It is hands down the cleanest, quietest and safest of the comparable hotels in the area and has the NICEST staff across the board- house keeping, front desk, anyone I’ve come across here has been warm and genuine. Other hotels in the area have smelled of smoke, felt unsafe with lots of noise and even knocking at my door at 3am, dogs barking and one even… caught fire? At least filled with smoke of an unknown origin stranding us outside at 4am. Anyway I will stop trying others in the area. This place can’t be topped.

We have stayed at many Choice Hotels properties, and this was by far the best. We arrived late at night amd were greeted by 2 very friend gentlemen, who greeted us by name and had ohr key waiting for us. The also had fresh coffee and cookies which was a great treat. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. The hotel is quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast exceeded expectations, as did the beautiful lobby. We really enjoyed the large Scrabble board. Highly recommend and would stay again!
