My husband and I have been here nearly a year now and we've lived in several other hotels around Jacksonville and this hotel is so much better than the others in the same price zone. The staff here are all absolutely amazing and very helpful. It's quiet as far as riff raff goes. Its very family and kid friendly here as well. They are working on upgrading the appearance of the outside as well as the rooms. We've never had a bug problem and they have pest control come in every 3 months to spray. In the beginning we were struggling a bit financially and Mrs Suzanne went above and beyond to help us. They make it a point to get to know the tenants here. As long as you aren't causing problems they treat you like family. I feel safe here even outside in the middle of the night. There are never any drug dealers, addicts, prostitutes or anything of the like out and about here. No overdoses going on either. Its a great place to stay either short term or long term. Its also very pet friendly as well!! There is a grocery store, circle k, burger King, smoke shops etc within walking distance to.

Staff is the greatest they looked after us if we had any complaints they came to follow up. Location close to everything. Tight for 3 adults for a long stay. If you want to have someone clean your room then expect to pay for the service. Daily bed service was not offered nor expected. Since I knew it was an extended stay I wanted to clean it myself anyway. There was renovation going on while staying and look forward to comeback to a new room with the new refrigerator and microwave if and when I need their services again.

Very nice updated rooms, clean, good location with a grocery store, restaurants, and easy access to the interstate.

SO IN LOVE WITH OUR ROOM! 😍🥹 It was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The bed was super comfy, all the appliances worked perfectly, the shower had great water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. No complaints at all! Just keep to yourself while on the property, smoking does take place outside the rooms so wear a mask, overall area seems safe & we had no major issues!

I stayed at Siegel Select for 9 days. Management is very prompt and efficient. The residents are extremely nice and friendly. My studio was very clean and cozy. This will be my go to place whenever I need a place to stay.

Me and my fiance are renting a newly renovated studio suit and I can honestly say it's the nicest extended stay I have seen in orange park. The Manager in the office is so sweet and very understanding when it comes to payments. Thank you

Great experience good location nice community by store and restaurant not to far from the mall and theater good service from reception desk clean. Clean pillows,clean rooms, store are walking distance peaceful have stove tops where you can cook and reasonable price

Let's seee. I can say some horrible things about this place but at the end of the day it comes down to the staff, the two lady's in the office are the best don't get it twisted disrespect them expect to get it back on Christmas I was kicked out of here and called a nuisance, they gave me another chance three months later and I did a 360 they allowed me back. The ppl who live here are the ones you gotta stay on your p and q around cause they will steal or snitch on you so fast.
