Fabulous Experience!

I know that long reviews are often not read but my experience working with Egg Whites deserves a detailed review as I cannot express my gratitude in just a few words for their exceptional service and culinary excellence.

After getting engaged for the first time, my Mom and I planned an engagement/ wedding party in one for 50 of our closest family and friends. I had no idea how to even begin. I designed the theme and table settings, flowers, etc but needed help with all things food and how to bring my vision together.

After reading countless articles on catering companies in Miami I kept coming back to the Egg Whites site...their mission as a company, and the reviews about the quality of their food & service were exceptional.

I called and spoke with Sienna (she picked up on the first ring), and that was it. After a wonderful conversation I did not make another call. Speaking with her was like chatting with a friend who already knows your taste and what vibe you are trying to achieve. Her instincts and ability to know her customers and what they are hoping for is a remarkable talent.

We designed the menu, had the tasting (the food is delicious), and over the course of a year planned everything. Communication was seamless ...not one detail was missed.

The day/ night of the party every guest raved about the food, service and the signature cocktails that Ramon was slinging all night. The team (Sienna, Christian, Glanford, Marley, Ramon, and Renzo) were just wonderful.

My guests could not stop talking about the pasta action stations, the flavors and quality of each component of the dishes, and how delicious and flavorful everything tasted. The day after the party we were already joking that we had to now plan another one.

Thank you to the entire Egg Whites team. You all made one of the happiest days of my life come together beautifully. I am forever grateful.

Perfect in every way! Every phone call answered; every email or text responded to promptly. Assistance from beginning of our plan (engagement party at our home with 50 guests) to the end of the party. Mouth-watering appetizers, salads, main courses and desserts that our guests loved (as did we). Impeccable service during the party. Bartender second to none. I LOVED everything about Eggwhites! We and our guests were thrilled with Sienna and all the cooks and servers.

Not only did they assist with the catering but helped with some rental needs and coordinating the layout and flow of the event. I had no worries the day of the event after having many conversations with the event manager Jessica that executed everything as I had described. The food and service was excellent and my guest were raving about it! The stations display was beautiful and very impressive. I recently had the pleasure of working with Laura at Eggwhites Catering for my baby shower, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with their service! From the moment I first reached out, Laura was incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive to every detail.

The menu they curated for us was nothing short of spectacular. We chose to do a crepe station along with a bagel station for our baby shower brunch and it was to die for. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect, and it made a huge difference in the overall experience.
