Booked AlAndalus trip in 2022 and it was cancelled. Took forever to get refund. Booked same trip in 2023 and date was changed 2 months before trip leaving me out of pocket to rearrange flights ( from Australia!) and accommodation. They do not respond to any emails and if you use live chat, its always down and despite telling you they will get back to you, they dont. My trip is in 3 weeks time and I still have no vouchers despite being told that they would be delivered over a month ago. Customer service is atrocious. Hope this trip goes ahead, but never again

The Paradors offer a great reason to visit many cities beyond Madrid, Seville and Barcelona. Many historic properties, regional cuisine and fantastic service. We especially enjoyed Zamora and Toledo on this trip but also Soria on a prior trip near the Basque country.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 3 days at parador de Cardona. How often do you get the opportunity to stay in a real castle. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Grounds were amazing. Short walk to the town for dining and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend.
