This hotel is great! The staff is so caring and nice. The construction in the street makes things a bit difficult to navigate around but that is not due to the hotel. Although the hotel is also undergoing construction, they ensure to keep all their amenities active for the guests to ensure a pleasant stay. I am here for work training and I am grateful for this hotel being in a convenient location and the room is wonderful.

Very nice place to stop for the night and get some rest on the way to Disney! The breakfast was good and choices were decent. You sit down and add server takes your order. A little confusing at first, but food was good nonetheless.

they were doing renovations. The building itself sits back right behind the best place of all a waffle house. Our check-in was easy and our room was beautiful. It was big clean. I liked the bathroom with the barn door with a big mirror. Allows you to see how you look. It was bright great lighting in the room and the bed was very comfortable. One of the best breakfast/Continental offerpp FOOD was in one room and EATING was in the other room. It was very well planned for thepp I like that they had upgraded pastries

Hotel is under renovation. New styling will be nice when fully implemented.
However...weird auto light situation at the bathroom sink area. Kept coming on...had to propon closet door so we could sleep...NEEDS ATTENTION!

I got there shortly after 2:00 a.m. and I booked the room after 12:00 a.m. and so I had an issue but the front desk guy his name was Joe he was great! I really appreciate the good service as I was only in Florida for a short time delivering an RV and was very tired when I got in.
He stood there with me for basically an hour until I had figured it out with the third party!
He wasn't rude about it and said it had happened plenty of times when you book after midnight thru a third party.
He also put me in a pretty nice room king suite plenty of room very clean as well!
I appreciate the good service man it's hard to find nowadays!
I would like to say that his interactions with other guests is immaculate professional detailed caring and tries to make their night the best! Very respectful man!
I wish all hotel front desk men and women were like this but they're not. Thank you!

We booked this hotel due to hurricane Helene impacting the west coast of Florida. Upon check in, we read a sign noting the renovations that were happening on the property. When we got on the elevator, we got stuck in the elevator on the first floor for about 5 minutes after the door made an awfully loud noise upon closing. They finally were able to open the rear first floor door to the elevator so we could exit. As we walked to the stairs and saw that the fitness center business center and other amenities were unavailable due to the renovations. We went to the lobby to try and find an alternative to this hotel, with no luck. We had to make 2 trips up the stairs to our room. There was a terrible smell in the stairwell and it was full of construction materials. The room itself smelled of mold and I immediately started having sinus issues. I called the front desk to ask for an air purifier and when he called to ask if they had one, he asked for a humidifier. I told him I wanted an air purifier and he very rudely said “you heard what I said that’s what I asked for.” I said “no sir you asked him for a humidifier and I would like an air purifier due to the mold issue.” When he asked the other guy for the air purifier he said they wouldn’t loan those out due to liability issues. I’ve never heard of this before. I travel for work every month and am always provided with these types of items if I request them.
The clerk I spoke to was rude and totally unwilling to help. This place is an absolute dump and I will not be staying here again. They would do better to completely shut down to accomplish the renovation, and terminate the rude employee. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went to this Hotel during Hurricane Helene. Lots of construction in the area. 4th floor of hotel was being totally remodeled so the hotel was also under construction.
Room: Charged for a deluxe room. sheets did not fit bed
Shower: mold on shower door
*Good Hot Continental Breakfast!
