Excellent place to be, quiety, clean, organized, not crowed only hard workers and good people. the maintanance crew is on top of all, one call they show up at the same day to help and fix the problem.

Runyon Village is a tiny quiet rural acreage that hosts locals as well as migrant workers. A sister acreage to pelican lake, Runyon was becoming dilapidated but has undergone continued renovations. However, the new owners are disconnected from the realities of the disposable income of an economically depressed area and thus in conjunction with pelican lake and Pruitt, increased rents by 50-60%
