I can't say enough good things about Southern Comfort Properties and its owner, Susannah. We had to evacuate due to hurricane Irma. We stayed at Palms 303 for just about a week until we were able to go back home. The unit is spotless, spacious, and bright. It is nicely decorated and has everything you need. The beds and linens were perfect. We were incredibly comfortable there while we waited for the storm to pass. It was an excellent location as well. We were close to all amenities as things started to reopen after the storm. Susannah is very responsive and accommodating. We consider ourselves lucky that we called her instead of staying at a hotel.

I never leave reviews, but I couldn't refrain from leaving one after our experience. Wonderful host, very understanding and helpful. The Palms Condominium unit we stayed in was warm, welcoming, and well equipped. The location is ideal. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for vacation housing in the Gainesville area. You will not be disappointed.
