This was our first visit to White Sands Beach Resort. We loved our stay here. The beach and pool were beautiful. Loved the room we were in. Very spacious and clean. The owners, Jeff and Ken were very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff was friendly and very efficient. We’ve stayed at two other places on the island before, and found this one to be a favorite. It can be very hard to get in here because the same clientele come year after year!! (That should be a hint as to how great this place is). We were just fortunate that we caught a cancellation! Hopefully we will be able to return one day!!!! LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!!!

We've been coming to White Sands for a number of years. Our younger family members join us once or twice each year too. The wonderful friends that we have made have become family. The owners - Kenny and his lovely wife Kathy, Jeff and his lively, completely filled- with-joy wife Joy, have become family for us too. After spending 2 months here at the beginning of COVID, it's difficult to imagine how we would have survived without their exceptional caring. The apartments are exceptionally clean - Esther and her cleaning staff ensure this. ||We return each year twice, in spring, when we get together with our friends, and in fall/winter, when we happily escape the brutal weather in Switzerland.||This is a family-oriented resort. It's "Old Florida", which we love! It isn't fancy - in some respects it's a bit "old" but that's what always draws us here. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for the incredible staff to assist a guest with. ||We've been here for almost 5 weeks now, and we'll return in fall for 8 more. That should say it all as a recommendation!

We have been coming every year since 2021. I had never heard of AMI but my partner had been down here several times…we ALWAYS stay at WHITE SANDS.. the owners are so extremely friendly and they always accommodate our every need and go above and beyond expectations! However before traveling to AMI, you should know, it’s “old Florida”- there’s no hotels with 20 floors, or huge buildings etc, very few corporate places, which we love actually..but many see the “resort” part in the name of this place and assume it’s a fancy huge hotel..that is it not, but it is very beachy, 1950s Florida oceanfront cottages, clean, crisp, peaceful and perfect! and we absolutely love it, can’t say enough good things about the place and AMI

We have stayed at the Tropical Breeze twice. It has a great location just steps from the ocean. The motel accommodations are very nice with great prices.

This place feels like home! It's family owned and we were treated very well. The guests were nice too! Our "room" was actually a very nice two bedroom apartment! We absolutely loved our stay here. We will be coming back every year from now on!

A beautiful family owned resort right on the best beach in Florida! Our stay was perfect. Clean, quiet, well maintained and had everything we needed for a home away from home. The owners and staff are personable and care about their guests. Definitely an experience well worth the money!

Stayed here for the first time this past August. Absolutely amazing experience. Owners were an absolute joy. Treated us as if we've been going there for years!!. Clean rooms. Pool was a perfect temperature and beach front had an amazing view. Cannot thank the owners enough for providing a great experience. Will be going here for many many more years!!
