Had a wonderful time with MIA Tourist Center! Jorge and his team are so nice and professional -- I had an unforgettable new years eve day with their team. Highly recommend for a good time and quality of services!

This was a great experience. The tour guide was funny and great people onboard that was always there to make sure we had a great time and were attentive to our needs. They did ask to give a review at the end of the tour, but were not pushy in giving a 5 star review. It was if we wanted to give one.

Alex was amazing! I had a blast whole crew was very accommodating and nice . Views were beautiful, only thing that threw me off was the cheap box wine and beer . Just byob and it will be a vibe! It was fun either way me and my friends enjoyed it !

most of these 5 start reviews are b/c at the end of the tour they tell you to get your phone & give them a review but they grab your phone & give themselves 5 stars and post the review themselves without you noticing Giving a 2 star because they did not keep their word. We were told the boat tour will start at 4pm and we needed to be there at 330pm. We got there early and completed the waivers. The boat didn’t leave until 5pm. They didn’t let let us know more people will also join (it’s not a private boat for your group) They also said they would have an open bar with snacks which they did not it was only 2 drinks per person and one small bag of chips. Honestly I think you can find a better place at a cheaper price. But putting that aside the jet ski, floating mat, and banana boat was fun.
