Completely disappointment, I bought 1 Pass with 4 attraction but I was only permitted to redeem 3 since the last appeared as "expired" when I tried to use it and I had to pay with my credit card. I reached customer service but the representative as a robot didn't support me and off course couldn't justify the unused pass. My recommendation, use it whit some risk this could happen to you.

Completely disappointment too. Due to the extreme bad weather we didn't use the entire passes but they reject to give us any refund. Poor customer service. I will never ever buy anything from Go City again.

GET THIS PASS!!!! we saved over $200 purchasing this pass instead of paying at every attraction. We were able to see many things and explore many possibilities!!!

Can be convenient and save money if (big if) things go smoothly. We did 3 attractions and there were issues with all of them. Instructions on how to get to attractions were very unclear if not completely wrong. The Miami night bus tour is listed as "first come first serve"... That is not true, they will not give you a ticket with the Go Pass and you basically gave to wait on standby to see if everyone shows or not. There is also no mention of Everglades National Park fee NOT included in the ticket, while not super expensive it would be nice to have accurate information, especially at $7 per person. Customer service is difficult to get ahold of and very unhelpful. I've used this and similar passes in other cities, I am reluctant to ever use them again.

I have been using GoCity for nearly 15 years, and it's always been a great experience. This time, however, it's been really upsetting. I'm on vacation and being told at several places that they won't accept the pass, or they're cancelling my reservations, or they're making up silly off-the-cuff rules (ex: Big City Miami said I needed to visit all 3 of their attractions in one day, thus defeating the purpose of a multi-day pass). I've contacted GoCity 3 times, and each time they've told me they couldn't help because the merchant can basically do whatever they want. Therefore, I've spent more on the pass than I would've on individual tickets, but GoCity won't help in any way. I certainly won't be using GoCity ever again after this.

I was looking forward this go city pass, but it does not seem worth the money. The hop on hop off bus was a major disappointment. Waited 1 hr for a bus to come, and the bus did not have the narration hooked up. The driver was also cussing while trailing cars on their bumper. Some of the excursions are also not available, and the establishment that gives out the free Cuban sandwich needs to be removed from the list. The people there were very rude and unwelcoming. Very disappointed in the value of this pass.

Excellent value for money. We bought the 3 days card. We went to Kennedy Space center, made the Art Deco guided tour, took the double deck bus, used the bikes, visit the Everglades and took the air boat, made the stars boat tour, etc... It was the second time we used go card. First time was in Chicago. Also perfect.This is the best way to save a lot of money and have fun. I really recommand it and I would buy it again in Miami or in an other city. No doubt 😊
