Scott Gentes State Farm Agency Excellent!. My customer service rep was Michael A. Vento, and his service was unmatched! I was in between home & car insurance companies and had a lot of anxiety making the switch. He made it fast, simple, and answered all my questions. If only I hadn't taken so long to make the switch—I now pay $500 less a year for home and car insurance!! Could not be happier, thank you again

I have had state farm ins for years. The past few years my agent was horrible. So I switched agents and I'm so glad I did. Scott Gentes is the first agent that has ever reached out to me to schedule an appointment to go over my insurance coverage and just get to know me. Absolutely the best insurance agency I've ever used. I couldn't reach the claims department. After the 7th time being on hold for up to 30 minutes, I stopped by the office and Alexis sent an email to " someone " and I received a call within 2 hours of stopping by. Thank you Alexis
