My experience was excellent. I am located in Michigan and this sale was not in the state where i live. Tina and her team made the transaction as easy as it could have been. We had things that needed to be done to the home and her recommendations were great and all the workers she recommended were on time and very very good from the landscaper the window cleaner and the roof repair! The closing was flawless and they are handling a few things so we can get back home to Michigan. Thank you Tina and your team for a job well done!

Be very careful dealing with this agency. Whatever is said to you, get it in writing. Get behind the smiles and flowery talk, it is all deception. Anything will be said to get you to buy something you really don't want or need. Shop around. There are more honest and professional real estate agents in the area. And, YOU CAN negotiate an agents fee, much less than the standard fee.
