I rented a one bedroom unit with this property agency and had a terrific experience. The place was clean and modern with all new appliances, located in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood in DC. It came equipped with everything I needed and very quickly felt like home. The team are all lovely and very responsive. If anything is broken, someone is sent to fix it that same day. My vacuum cleaner stopped working at one point and they delivered a brand new one the following day. This is perfect for anyone who doesn't want to have to deal with the hassle of buying furniture etc. for a short term stay. The price point is expensive, but given the accommodation is of such high quality and all utilities are taken care of, I think it's worth it. Overall, I would recommend! #JoyInEveryStay

I had the pleasure of staying at the 2205 20th street north basement property for a month due to work, and overall, it was an amazing experience.
The location is prime, very close to DC! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked with utensils, pots, and pans, making cooking really easy. The storage in the unit was excellent, providing plenty of space for my belongings.
The only issue I encountered was on the first day when the heating system wasn’t working. Since it’s a basement unit, it was freezing, and it took a while to resolve the problem. I had to rely on portable room heaters until the actual heating was fixed the following day. Communication regarding this issue was a bit delayed, and I would have appreciated it being checked before my arrival to avoid the discomfort.
Despite this initial setback, the place was lovely, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone staying in the area. The location and amenities truly made it a great place to call home during my stay!

When I first tried to find a place to live in the U.S., I used the Zillow website to search for homes. However, I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of real estate agencies, and some of them showed a significant discrepancy between the prices listed online and the actual costs, including taxes and fees at move-in. As a foreigner, it was difficult to make a decision.

But this place stood out because all the information was transparently disclosed, making the process much easier. Additionally, they were the first to respond when I inquired about pricing or requested a home tour.

I scheduled a home tour, and Bernard gave me a detailed walkthrough of the building. Despite the extremely cold weather that day, Bernard went out of his way to provide detailed information, as he had lived in the same apartment himself in the past. He shared tips for daily living and really made me feel like I was talking to a friend.

Throughout the process of signing the lease, there were many unfamiliar aspects as it was my first time renting as a foreigner. Yet Bernard answered every question I had via phone or text, whether it was a weekday or weekend, and promptly resolved every request I made.

Without Bernard’s help, I wouldn’t have been able to find a place so quickly and easily on my own. Thank you, Bernard!

I had a great experience interacting with Emmanuel D from the Reservations Department. If customer service were an olympic sport, he definitely brought home the gold medal!

He was engaged from the first interaction, remained very responsive on email, and again on telephone demonstrating broad knowledge of the community and offered recommendations that made for an easy decision that got me attached to stay attache (pun intended)!

My husband and I stayed at 133 7th street in DC recently, for 6 weeks. We will always have fond memories of what we called "our home away from home".

The staff at StayAttache were very, very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our need to rent a place close to our daughter's home during an exceedingly difficult period in their lives. The leasing team expedited our request and we were able to make travel plans in less than 48 hours! A miracle!

Likewise, once we were in DC, our few needs were attended to in a very timely manner by the service team. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable and convenient. Just what we needed. Proximity to Eastern Market, restaurants and Trader Joe's made us self sufficient, as my husband and I are in our 70's!!! The hardest part was being on the 3rd floor, but that was a small price to pay for everything else!!!

Kevin and his team feel like family after all the assistance they provided, helping us navigate a difficult time in our lives.
