Ekaterina is in constant communication throughout the visa application process, a process that can be frustrating for the applicant since you don’t have a purview of information and status updates.

Ekstetina reviewed my paperwork to ensure accuracy to prevent unnecessary processing delays, communicated with me on the status of the documents and sent the confidential documents bis FEDEX for next day delivery.

I worked with other agencies that are horrible and don’t communicate but Ekaterina is always accessible by phone or email to guide you along the process.

I will only use World Visit Center services and would recommend this group to all my friends & family.

Be careful of other groups; I had to fly to D.C. to personally pickup my documents after they sat in queue for over 35 days without a single return call or email.

Ekaterina was able to remedy this unfortunate situation and process my visa in just 10 business days. She is the BEST!

I rarely write reviews, but the excellent service I received from World Visit Center recently (securing a new 3-year, multi-entry Russian visa) compelled me to write this! All along the way, World Visit Center staff - predominantly folks of “Russian ancestry”- provided responsive, extremely helpful assistance. This compared to another competitor in Washington which responded to questions with vague, often inaccurate responses as I started this process. And as a long-term visitor to Russia, I know that sometimes this process, being highly bureaucratic and confusing, can be a quite challenging! If you are looking to procure a visa for Russia, and I believe really any country, make this folks your first choice.

I wish to thank Ekaterina at World Visit Center for helping me get my visa processed and approved. I had previously contacted two other companies as well as the Russian Embassy and none were able to help or even answer simple questions. Company #1 incorrectly told me that the Russian Embassy was closed and that they did not issue visas. The Russian Embassy then directed me to Company #2, except that company was unable to answer simple questions or explain what I needed to do. Instead they referred me to their web site which was full of conflicting statements as to what I needed to provided to them. In contrast, Ekaterina at World Visit Center answered all of my questions, and helped correct my application so that it could be processed by the embassy. Today I received the visa in the mail and was absolutely pleased with the result.
