James and Criss were great! They took good care of all of us and the views were amazing. I've been to DC several times but I've never seen so much in a day. Good for families, friends, couples, and to enjoy as a solo traveler.

James was a fantastic tour guide and a wealth of knowledge about the history of our country. Everyone stayed together and hung on his every word. He gave great recommendations as well to other places about our history that we passed by. Chris was an awesome and safe driver. I wish I could give this 100 stars!

The guide we had wasn’t very interactive, he just kept memorizing the basic background of history in each site which you can actually google it yourself and probably google have a more up to date information than he does as he wasn’t aware that some of the site was in renovation (like Lincoln memorial) as he didn’t accompany the group to the actual site, rather he would have given the information in the mini van or at the bottom of the site……..also the tour feel kind of rushed which I have no idea what’s the hurry as we ended the tour 1.5 hours earlier than the original plan………. I would say I have been to other DC tours that are better than this one………

Best private tour I've ever received. Mr. James was incredulous incredibly knowledgeable. He had a deep level of information on every part of the capital that we visited and even the spots in between! Highly recommend. Just bring your walking shoes because Mr. James can move!

I would actually rate it 4.5. Seeing the monuments at night are so amazing. They are beautiful. I have done one other tour with high school kids and this was so much better. James is good with his history and the bus driver kept on task with time management. He told some facts I had not heard before at some of the sites. The speed and length was perfect. The only negative was his comment about not talking at Abe Lincoln’s due to the police and then he proceeded to talk in the area they asked to be quiet and respectful. I thought the comments were a little disrespectful. He did mention his tour of the African amd rica. Museum which I think would be amazing.

Our tour guide Larry was knowledgeable and engaging. He was adorable and personable from the get go. We felt well taken care of throughout the tour even during an impending thunderstorm. Great timekeeper also. He sprinkled humour throughout. We enjoyed the night tour. Beautiful way to see DC on our first night.

Went on the night tour and it was fantastic. James, the tour guide, was very knowledgeable and gave so much great information. He welcomed and answered questions. Chris, the driver, was an excellent driver.
Both James and Chris we amazing hosts making sure we were safe, hydrated and well taken care of.
This tour was well worth it, seeing the monuments and city. They really pack so much into the 3 hours. I would take this tour again.

Excellent tour. Criss was very helpful. We missed our scheduled tour due to a canceled flight. Criss assisted us with taking the night time tour instead, so we weren't out $200. We got to see lots of memorials/monuments and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. They provided water, which was much appreciated as we were getting on and off and doing a lot of walking. If you've never been to D.C. this is a great way to see everything and figure out where everything is, but you don't stay at any one stop for very long. It's just long enough to look, snap a photo, and move on, which was perfect for us.
