I had the pleasure of working with Linda Hale on a recent trip to New York. I was upgraded not only on the flight, but also at the Crosby Street Hotel in Soho. Upon arrival, I anticipated a beautiful, but standard room. Much to my pleasant surprise, the room was upgraded to a gorgeous suite with every nicety imaginable.
