I just finished my PADI Open Water and Enriched Air certifications with Pura Vida. I’m from Canada and only had the reviews to go by when picking a dive shop. And I got it right. We had an incredible diving experience at Blue Heron Bridge in Riviera Beach! What really made this dive special was the exceptional service from Mark our guide and Mariah. Their friendly and professional attitudes created such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived.

As a family group, safety was our top priority, and the staff exceeded our expectations. Mark demonstrated extensive knowledge of the dive site and provided thorough briefings that made everyone feel comfortable and prepared. Their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for diving made the whole experience that much more enjoyable.

The Blue Heron Bridge site is a gem, and Pura Vida Dive Shop clearly knows how to make the most of this location. The equipment was well-maintained. The logistics of carrying all the heavy equipment was a little difficult but manageable. Would be great if they delivered the equipment and had a wagon to carry it to the beach so we could focus on enjoying our underwater adventure.

If you're looking for a dive shop that is professional, Pura Vida is the place to go. Their expertise and friendly demeanor truly set them apart. We'll definitely be returning for future dives!

I am 55 years old and was initially certified when I was 19. I needed to brush up on my skills and decided to get re certified. My 22 year old niece joined me and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Pura Vida Divers. From the minute of walking into the dive shop to obtain some gear through the pool and ocean training, the team at Pura Vida were exceptional. Our divemaster Jorge Flores was the BEST! He was highly skilled and patient as we worked through each drill and made is feel very comfortable in the water. If you’re looking for a dive shop to get certified, don’t hesitate to contact Pura Vida Divers! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and so welcoming. We can’t wait to dive with them again!

Pura Vida Divers is absolutely incredible! I completed my Open Water and Advanced Open Water certifications here, and every part of the experience exceeded my expectations. Tally was an outstanding instructor—patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process enjoyable and confidence-building.

I had another great experience with them for the books! I signed up for a specialty class and the scheduler was very helpful to get the requirements into the time I had free. I was assigned an instructor that I had not met and he was fabulous! If you need any training, Jorge Flores is your man. He was kind, patient and went above and beyond. As always the captain 😆and crew were great.

Got my open water certification with Pura Vida and it was an amazing experience! I’d never tried diving before, but in 3 days I received my certification and got to dive off a boat to see beautiful wildlife. Overall I felt very well taken care of. I was very impressed with the customer service. I needed a new mask, snorkel, and fins and was expertly helped with each piece of gear. My fiance was given excellent information about scuba diving programs and advice on fishing equipment. Highly recommend!
