The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are terrific.

Our biggest complaint was the valet and ripping people off. We checked in our car at 1:45p on a Saturday and check out the car at 6:30p on the Sunday. The 24 hour rate was $60 which we were fine with but our issue came with those last 5 hours. They charged us for a FULL $60 for another 24 hours. When on their sign in the front there is a Daily and Event rate of $25 and $35 respectively.

We were fully expecting to pay $85 for full 24 and a daily rate but they refused to refund us back the difference charge. Refused to give us our car back until we paid the full $120.

We tried to talk to the hotel but they said they are separate from us but they aren’t. They are valeting your guests, like it or not, they are representing your hotel. So I’m giving them the poor score because of their lack of help and working with such a terrible company.

Had an amazing experience with my 5 day stay..Room was clean. (loved the modern decor) Highly recommend breakfast, they have something for every diet. The service was exceptional!! Everyone was friendly ,always had a smile and anticipated my family's every need..There is a restaurant/bar at the top floor that you must visit. Chef's take a lot of pride in all there dishes..Will definitely be back

Staff was amazing 🤩 food was great Specially the AC burgers 🍔 😱 OMG it was “Divine”, the grilled salmon 🍣 was excellent.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
Even is was short I will always remember “The perfect quiet enjoyment, the elegance and the cleanliness of the room.
Thank you 😊 for making my first time visit in DC a lifetime experience to remember.

Came to DC for what I thought would only be one night. The morning of checkout I came down to the desk to see if they could accommodate me for another night. The lady at the front desk must have been having a bad morning because no sooner did I get the words out of my mouth she told me “I can’t help you. You need to go online and do it yourself.” Sometimes it is not what you say to someone but HOW you say it. I thanked her, packed my things and went to another hotel. |The hotel was very nice and modern. The room was clean and quiet. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. I did not do breakfast at the hotel. It was $20 for some sliced sandwich meat and fruit on a buffet.

I was in D.C. For a convention and stayed here. It was a five minute walk to the Convention Center so very convenient. There are only 12 (or 13) floors so its easy to get up to my room quickly. The rooms are modern, very clean and very comfortable. The rooftop has a tapas restaurant with a full bar. The vibe is super chill and the service is great! Its definitely worth the visit. If you do decide to go, just be aware |you can't charge drinks or food to your room and they automatically charged 20% tip.||This AC Marriott property has a decent breakfast, bar and friendly staff. I think I will stay here again next time I am in town.

Location is in a safe area. Not far from the China town. There a supermarket 5 minutes walk to the hotel. |The room is modern and clean. A bit small for our family of 3 but we made ourselves comfortable during our 4 days stay. |I will consider stay again if in DC

I work in Airline industry and travel a lot, so hotels is very essential for me. My friend advised me to stay this hotel and I am really surprised with service from the GM Kevin to the person at reception. Super excellent. Room, bathroom, bed sheets, towels clean and fresh. Breakfast was ordered to make, fresh and testy. Overall my stay was comfortable. I will book again at the AC hotel on my next visit to DCA and must recommend others as like as my friend. . Thanks again to staff and management .

The rooms are simple yet comfortable. We had a corner room that was a comfortable size for two people. The bar downstairs has good food for convenience. Very convenient to a lot of food options. You will need taxi or a ride company to get to places like the Capital or Arlington. You can walk it but I would not recommend it unless you’re training for a marathon lol.
