Suzanne did a wonderful job assisting us in a river cruise in August 2023. This is our first time and we wanted to go on an exceptional trip. It took a lot of work on her part and in the end, we are delighted with the results. She got us a great trip on Scenic and saved us money! She was helpful on trip insurance and answering every question that I had. I cannot express how much I appreciate her hard work. I will report back after the cruise.

We want to thank Suzanne and her team! They went the extra mile to ensure all our travel plans were taken care of. We were supposed to leave the day a hurricane was to hit Jacksonville, and the day before Suzanne was on the phone with the airlines till 1030pm working to get our flights moved up so we could make our international flight the following day! During the planning of our trip she gave us great advice so we could maximize our time in each city we visited and pick tours that were amazing!! We had the most amazing time, and all the planning that CCWT did for us made everything stress free. We will only book through CCWT for our future trips!

We love Nancy! She has helped us book all of our cruises for our family. We find we get the best deals with her as opposed to booking by ourselves, since Nancy books us with other families going on the same trip and can score my family a "group discount". She always gives us a little booklet during our cruise that has amazing coupons like BOGO cocktails. 10/10 recommend.
