I changed this cruise twice! Diana was so nice, and did all the searching for me. Still got two rooms adjacent to each other. The cruise charged fees for my bad planning, but the trip was awesome. Cheaper than booking online direct. Royal Caribbean has some 'amazing sale' that expires at midnight like everyday, but Diana can save you a little money, do the searching, and make your life easier..

I recently had the pleasure of working with a travel agent for my Disney trip, and I can't recommend them enough. As far as agencies go, this one was beyond helpful! First off, the customer service was outstanding and Robin Boswell tailored her recommendations specifically for me and my 8 year old nephew's trip. She gave me tips on how to maximize my time with Disney hotels, attractions, and even which areas were a must-see. Diana Chamberlain is amazing! She booked 6 of us on an Alaskan Cruise. We chose Discovery Princess and it was perfect. Our cabins were all together so we could open the balcony into a large one for all of us. The ship was beautiful, the staff had the best customer service I have ever seen. Diana’s help and instruction on how to maneuver our flights, hotels in Seattle, excursions etc was spot on.
We did whale watching in Juneau, white railroad pass in Skagway and just self exploration in Ketchikan. Our favorite day was Glacier Bay. We were able to just stay on our balcony, order drinks and food from our princess app. and have it delivered right to our rooms. We definitely recommend going platinum, even if you don’t drink the other perks are worth it.
