Didn't care for this BWW. Our waiter was very nice, got everything right. The cauliflower wings were ok, very little sauce. The boneless wings were overcooked and hard, even for the kids meal. 2 of the 3 bathroom stalls were disgusting!

We are Dolphins fans! Group of us came in to watch the game, drink some beer and have lunch. Our game was on the smallest tv so we asked to remove the soccer game on a large tv and put on the dolphins. Told they will not change stations. Why would you have soccer on a Sunday. Only 1 person looking at this bunch of TVs. Why not make customers spending money happy?!

The house sampler they served was so cold. The onions inside the rings were not even at the room temperature. The cheese inside cheese sticks was solid and the cheese on the nachos was also rock solid. Even the wings were cold. Looks like they took out the things from freezer and thawed them to 40-50 degrees and served. The water tasted so bad, I stuck to my beer. The wings ordered separately were stale and dry and were barely warm. Couldn't even finish them. The only saving grace was my 8 year old daughter was OK with the cold food.
Wasted 50 bucks on really bad food. Never going back.

Let’s start with, never had an issue there before. But this is my last time getting anything from there. First I placed my order online, said it would be ready by a certain time. I got there 8 minutes after that time to allow them extra time just incase they were busy “which they were not”. I walk in front desk couldn’t find my order nor my food. I showed them my order information online. Then the girl goes “it just came through “ and prints out the ticket for it. So I had to wait another 25 minutes for my food. I get back to the truck and no drinks in my bag, her response “I remembered when you were walking out I figured you would come back in” 🤦‍♀️ I get home with my family to eat. The chicken was so tough and over cooked. It looks like they dumped the whole bottle of Sauce/rub all in my container. My chicken was so covered and drenched it was like they were trying to hide how over done they were. Next my queso “it won’t let me post the video of it” it was so runny it was like water literally you dipped your chip in and it ran right off the chip. It was also spilled all over in my bag. So my husbands Burger box was soaked and the burger was soggy. Don’t recommend this place has went way down hill. I’m not one to leave a review on anything but this upset me so much I had to !!!

Today on Veterans Day I’m a disabled veteran and was offered a free beer and never got it. In fact numerous people came in after me and got their drinks smh. Then got my food but no napkins and throughout the time here waitress didn’t come by to check if we needed anything else. Was asked if I wanted blue cheese or ranch and guess what I got that’s right nothing

This is one place I really love to hang out at with my friends. I love the Artisan Spinach flat bread and Parmesan garlic wings. The service is pretty good and staff is friendly. The best part is the atmosphere within. It's always inviting and full of energy. Would definitely recommend this place. The place is easily accessible too on Pulaski Highway. The place can get a bit crowded on weekends though. We usually go sometime after 8:30 pm so as to avoid the rush.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Unfortunately google doesn’t let me. We sat down for a hour and a half before we got our food. We had to ask for utensils, fries were cold, waited for 45 minutes for a drink. Asked for a Togo box and it took over 20 minutes to grab it. On top of all this, he never took the menus. Horrible service don’t come to this location, rather go to the mainstreet location.

Don't take out. Fries are super dry and the boneless "wings" are super salty. Order a 20 piece only received 17.
