Won’t answer the phone and told me “sorry we couldn’t help you bud” and laughed (the manager Paul. In store now to get his full name because again, they don’t answer the phone at this location). Wasted my early morning hours for nothing. Told me to figure it out myself. Thanks! Very helpful.

Have been in twice over the past few weeks (Nov 2023) and have had wonderful service from the bank staff both times. When we had an appointment we were seen promptly and our banking needs met. Help was also given in ensuring I understood the online systems and how to complete my business. Very friendly staff each time.

This was the only location I could get a Saturday appointment for notarization to accommodate my spouse and child’s schedule. Drove 30 minutes only to be turned away because they weren’t allowed to notarize power of attorney and real estate documents. Despite the fact my local branch had notarized the same documents the day before for me and my other child. When I tried to explain, Ana just repeated the “policy” two more times with no further explanation and directed us to the post office which was of course closed. Went back home to our local UPS store and got our documents notarized with no problem. Checking the bank website, I could find no restriction or such policy. We have always had excellent support from our local branch and expected the same at any Bank of America branch. Ironically my spouse had joked about the low ratings for this location on our way there and now we know why. Don’t waste your time like we did.

I wanted to share that after 3 failed attempts to have someone from the fraud department on the phone to help me, I finally was helped at the BOA at Fox Run Bear, De. The teller who waited on me was courteous and then I saw a customer service rep. Anabel was extremely helpful and actually listened to me and so did Stacy. Anabel stayed with me through the whole process of correcting my profile info and filing the fraudulent charges claim on my Co. credit card. Also, the manager gave me a helpful tip for avoiding this type of theft from happening in the future. Thank you. I appreciate all of you at this branch. 5 stars for this branch. 1 Star for the phone fraud department. I am giving them 1 star for answering the phone. But, that is all they did. I am glad the calls are recorded. 👎👎 Shame on you.
